I wouldn’t go here again… just go to the grizzly manor cafe if you want amazing food and service. Ttwin bear was slow and I did feel bad as there was only 2 waitresses. One who was well trained and one very new one. Our new waitress got the order wrong multiple times, continued to come back to the table and say they didnt have that item available (which happened four times—then got two orders wrong when they came). She did come back multiple times though to check if we were alright which was good. She was just new and it isn’t really her fault. The poor rating is due to the multiple other staff members who could have been bussing tables, filling coffees and water and seating people and instead were on their phones watching these poor girls serve many tables and huge parties and seat people, and answer the phones, and bus tables! When we went to the back counter to ask for a menu since we could see it was busy, the man standing there left to the back the second we arrived at the counter and wouldn’t come out. we heard another staff member tell him to come out and help us and stop hiding. Drinks are expensive and coffee is nearly $5! The booth seats were all ripped up and not super comfortable. Again I probably wouldn’t...
Read moreThis place used to be Country Kitchen which had a great menu and the food was very good. The new owner renamed the place, greatly reduced the menu, and the food is now not good at all. Also now cash only. The service is great but I feel sorry for the lady as she is the only one that greets guests, takes your order, delivers your food and also cleans up the tables. I ordered the omelette with three toppings and left a lot of it because the potatoes tasted strange and the sausage which used to be very good in their skillet dishes tasted like something that came out of a can. It was like these hard little chunks which didn't even taste like sausage. The other customer that was in a booth next to us was also a local and left before finishing their food and said that the food was terrible. The Teddy Bear restaurant in town has the best breakfast and prices of any place...
Read moreMe and my friends came to get a good breakfast only to leave in complete disappointment from start to finish. The female waitress got our orders wrong multiple times. Throwing the food at us after having to wait 45 minutes after placing our orders and having the worse attitude I’ve ever seen from a restaurant worker. The food tasted as though it was taken out of the freezer and in to a microwave. We had to ask multiple times for the checks and it took an hour! (Yes we actually kept track) after reviewing the checks they tried to add coffees on top of our order for whatever reason cuz no one in our table ordered coffee. Everyone left with their stomachs hurting. This is without a doubt the worse dining/restaurant experience I’ve ever experienced. Do yourself a favor, save your money and time and just go somewhere else. Your wallet and stomachs...
