WARNING go to this location at your own risk!!!today 10/31/2024 I'm going to roebuck Hardee's I just started going back to this location after a year because of the terrible service I hadn't even been going back a month now and already problems with customer service I'm spending my money giving them business and I expect ALL items I came for in my transaction. I ordered 2 porkchop platters I ALWAYS ask for ketchup they always tell me to remind the person at the window they didn't this time but of course I know to...I get to the window they tell me to pull up they'll bring it out of course I tell her please I need at least 6 ketchup...I wait and wait I get the food of course what's missing...ketchup! I tell the lady she's like ok ill be right back 2 mins past I'm like it doesn't take that long and then I proceed to look at the food biscuits missing too... it's clear this lady was NEVER coming back out with ketchup so I can tell her the biscuits are missing too I get out to go take the bag back to get all items they bring it to the car with a nonchalant attitude like no apology it's like "witch " take this and get tf on....needless to say I'm done ill never go back again heck I need to be on a diet anyway I should have NEVER been there in...

This Hardee's advertises they serve breakfast until 12 daily. My receipt is timestamped 10:45am Friday. I ask if they are still serving breakfast and am told, "we have a few items left." I said "so you don't serve breakfast until 12" and am told "we do, but I can't sell you something we don't have" to which I say "ok, so you can't make more breakfast items". I said, "Let me tell you what I'm looking for. I tried to order a super bacon (they gave a regular folded egg BEC biscuit, but I was charged for super bacon) ham biscuit, 3 plain biscuits, and a sausage biscuit. They only had 2 plain biscuits and no sausage biscuits. The thing about it is, I was there 15 mins after normal breakfast cut off time, so it wasn't like I was there at almost 12. Maybe they should advertise, they serve breakfast till 10:30 but might have a few items left over they will sell you before 12. He sounded put out and annoyed when I asked if they could make additional items, but he did tell me finally that they could make a sausage biscuit, but it would be 12 mins. You can't advertise you, sell breakfast until 12, and not have anything. At least have a pan of plain biscuits so that you can quickly make the sides that go on it. Ham not even...

WORSE PLACE EVER!!! If your expecting good friendly service this is NOT the place to choose. Don't order off the app and the restaurant refuse to make your food. There's no real customer service, and they will send emails saying someone will contact you, and upper management will issue a refund. Hasn't happened and it's been over a week. The employees and managers are too lazy to do their job. Advertising says breakfast until 12. I ordered around 10:05 and was at the restaurant around 10:30 and was told they were out of breakfast and wouldn't make my food. They lied about it all. When I pulled up I told them I had an app order I was asked my name and told to pull around. When I got to the window I was told my order can't be filled because they were out of breakfast items and wouldn't be fixing anymore. She then proceeded to tell me she never got my order after I showed her what time I ordered on my phone. How would she had known my order if she didn't get it 🤔. The manager that claimed her name was Ms. White which was probably a lie bc she refused to give her 1st name or the lying employees name that acted like she was the manager at 1st were rude. The fake manager wanted to say it was me because I called them out...
