Wendy's — Restaurant in Bossier City

I was visiting from Texas and passing thru and thought this would be a safe place to stop and eat since not familiar with the area. WRONG! THIS WAS THE WORST WENDYS I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE. Started with wet sticky floors. The place was fully staffed. We were the ONLY customers dining in. Went in and 3 staff members were sitting in the lobby at the tables. One was the drive thru clerk sitting there with a screaming kid. She had her headset on and I thought she was on break. But she kept getting up to go to the window to take orders then come back to sit in lobby with her screaming kid. There was a male suffer behind the counter who was saying stuff to agitate the girl and they all thought it was funny. Then the staffer who was to take our order was leaning on the counter scrolling on her phone looking at us as if we were intereuptions. We are standing at the register to see if another staffer was going to take our order but they all magically disappeared to the back. When she realizes that none of them were going to take our order. She rolls her eyes and walks over to the register. No greeting or nothing just blank stare. Then annoyed because I kept adding food to the order. All she kept saying was "is that all"? Didn't hand me my receipt, say thank u or anything. So we find a table which we're all dirty. I get a napkin and wipe one off. Mind you the other 3 staffers are still sitting in the lobby. One who I think was the team lead or manager was having a loud conversation on her phone about her kid getting in trouble and something about him better go hit somebody and then saying she was gonna hit the mama. This conversation about about fighting went on loudly and full of profanity for 15 minutes. My mom is in a wheelchair and I have to lift it in and out of the car wherever we go. We were both hungry and needing to sit and eat before finishing our drive back to Dallas. Didn't want to eat in the car. If I had been by myself, I would have walked right back out the door the minute I saw the man behind the counter talking loud to and agitating the other staffers little girl. This was the most Ghetto Hood place I have been too in a while. They need to shut...

If I could give 1/4 of a star!!!! This place is sooooooo unprofessional! Went there on Saturday around 2:30 pm and waited 13 minutes in line behind another vehicle. Once I was ready to place my order I had to wait 5 more minutes and HAD to say HELLOOOOO. Once I placed an order for (3) $4.00 specials and (2) Biggie $5.00, pulled up to wait another 5 minutes to pay for the order. Got my order drove approximately one (1) mile (across the street really but anyways) this order was for my grandbabies and mom. NO RECEIPT given. The food was so old the cheese on the meat looked like it was from yesterday or the day before. My mom took a bite of her burger and almost threw up the meat was so dry. So I drove back with the food (drinks stayed with the babies) and requested to return this inedible food. I asked for the manager who was at the window with the cashier and was told "Your looking at her"...wow that's rude #1. And #2 upon asking for my money back she took my debit card and this took another 5 minutes (still no RECEIPT). Today is Monday and my $24.63 has NOT been refunded! I will never go back here! Staff all standing in the window looking and laughing as if something was funny about returning food. And the manager stated to the employees "Why would yall send food out like this?"... What the hell is going on with this store? Where is the competency of...

These people at the drive thru were idiots. The manager did nothing to discuss the situation when the worker accused me of a sandwich that I paid for I was given 5 bags total. 2 orders of the 4 for $4's both with frosties, an asiago chicken sandwich combo with a chocolate frosty, a single hamburger and a single fry. Got accused of taking someone else's order when I was given the bags. We checked and double checked the bag looking for my single hamburger but I received the fry. The worker came from behind the cook line and argued with me about the item I did not receive while I was telling her that I did not get my hamburger. Arguing between the workers about what was given to the point the worker came to the window and with the harshest voice told me I was wrong and that what I was given was wrong as well I have all the bags back so they can recheck what was given all to have everything checked by a make worker who tried to fix it but the whole experience was not handled properly at all. I was not given receipt after this ordeal. The whole experience will put me off from buying anything from you guys ever again. It was no reason for any of it. I received no apologies from the worker(s), the manager or anyone of staff. It was poor management and poor...
