Burger King — Restaurant in Boston

I'm disabled in a wheelchair and I went to this particular Burger King and upon entering I opened my phone and opened the BK app and I then realized that I had to use the bathroom I said so to the employee that was mopping the floor that I needed to use the bathroom and she said it's not working I said I have to go She then very rudely said "roll yourself out of here" That's a very very discriminating statement for who I find out is the General Manager to make I decided to file a complaint and the numbers for the customer service is inaccurate so I called the restaurant At 1 Maverick Square Boston MA 02128 and asked the General Manager for the number of Higher Management She said ( in front of 4 customers " I don't know it" That's a lie I called the police department and they sent an officer to talk to me This officer ( Officer Russo) walked in the restaurant and asked the General Manager for the number of Higher Management and she immediately gave it to him She obviously knew that she was totally wrong Discrimination is illegal in the United States of America and this General Manager is of the Hispanic community in Boston MA Knows what she did and is not even contrite or even ttempting to recitfy the situation PLEASE EVERYONE WHO DOESN'T WANT TO BE DISCRIMINATED AGAINST OR EVEN RUDELY TREATED POST YOUR EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PARTICULAR BURGER KING AT 1 MAVERICK SQUARE BOSTON MA 02128 PLEASE CONTACT THE OWNER AND...

I stop for a moment to leave this comment in a friendly way and to talk about the terrible experience I had this afternoon when I visited this branch.

This afternoon I stopped at this branch to eat something fast, I was really very hungry because it was around 3:30pm, I don’t remember the exact time, the fact is that I hadn’t had time to eat all day!

Delate of me was a girl who was taking her order, what surprised me was that the lady who was in the box, was talking very amicably with her, which I do not criticize but limit exceeded when they pass about 4 minutes and the client passes her cell phone to the lady who was attending behind the box and she starts talking through a video call!

My anger, annoyance or discomfort is due to the fact that these types of restaurants are fast food sales, and excuse me lady but there is time for everything and I think that that was neither the right place nor the right time to take personal phone calls!

I am currently asking myself the following question, and I leave this question in the air so that you can answer my dear reader!

¿What do you think about this and what was your reaction to such a lack of respect for the people who were waiting for her to end her personal call to take the order?

Compared to the Orient Heights and other Locations around this Area this BK is very well kept for its rather small size, it only has a total of maybe about 8-10 tables and a few spots by the Window ( thats if your lucky enough to get them) but the service here is really good they are fast friendly and the food here i have never had a problem with the only things you need to be careful for are: A its in Maverick Square so at ANY time you will get all kinds of characters, B there can be Bums hanging outside the Building begging you for money and stuff and C its ALWAYS crazy busy the lines easily go out the door esp during Breakfast / Lunch. but its easily accessible by the Blue Line and Bus so its pretty much in the perfect spot as there is a Mcdonalds Minutes away up the Road in Central Square and Downtown Boston just 1 short Stop Away.try it out its not perfect but for its size its darn good and they know how to serve you! and make you feel welcome. its also not too expensive as the one in Government Center and definetley the O-H Location can be this one i think closes at 11 so no need to worry about how long they stay open for. its always a late night place i see it open til mainly because of the Square and train service...
