Orders are rarely within the estimated delivery time and even more rarely under an hour. I called in a pizza that never arrived, and I never heard from the store. I called an hour and a half after ordering and again an hour later, each time being told the driver was out with it and it was almost there. After three total hours I called again, and was told the delivery guy still had it in its car and was assured it was still hot and ready. The driver then called me from his cell phone telling me that he had called me and it wan't his fault I hadn't answered. I explained to him that not only had I had my phone next to me since ordering and received no such call but that I also was sitting in my front room next to the door since then and no Dominos car so much as passed by. He told me he would bring my pizza. I called yet again a half hour later and spoke with the manager who said the pizza was brought back cold and undeliverable. He said I should have answered my phone, and it wasn't his driver's fault for my pizza never having arrived. I told him I had received no calls and hadn't left my phone and he said "well he called you." He then promised me a free large pizza next time I called since I no longer had time to wait another 30-45 minutes for my pizza. Today when I called to order, I was told no such deal was listed under my phone number and that they couldn't do anything about it. The manager on duty said I could call and speak with the same manager as last time when he comes in next. This story is the single most poorly managed and operated restaurant around. Avoid it...
Read moreI've been coming to this Domino's for the past 4 years, and am never disappointed. What most people don't know, is that the staff has to deal with the UTMOST in rowdy, drunk people most every night. Situated between 4 bars and a hotel with a late-night atmosphere, I cannot even begin to describe the amount of shenanigans that take place when the clubs close. Everything from fights, to people throwing up, to people yelling, it's an extremely difficult situation to be in. The staff at Domino's however, have handled every situation that I've seen with exemplary grace, expediency, and understanding. I've even seen one staff member perform emergency care for a club patron that was stabbed, due to an altercation, until the police and ambulance arrived. All while people were steady coming in, yelling their pizza orders and complaining about how they didn't magically arrive in 2 seconds. Give these people a break! Whereas the rest of us get to come to the club to relax and rewind after a long day, the staff at Domino's is just getting ready to handle the drunk messes that will be taking over after they close. And they're not perfect. No one is. But they're accuracy rate (for...
Read moreWorst ordering experience I have ever encountered. This dominoes pizza needs new management and employees.
Made an order on a Saturday night at about 1:30am, after some time I decided to call back to check on my order as it hadn't come yet. Finally after relentless calling they answer at 3:30am, two hours later, telling me that my order was on its way. My order never shows up and when I call again, the store is closed. Mind you, they have already charged my card for this order. So I call the next day, I explain what has happened and the manager finally picks up the phone and tells me that there are ABSOLUTELY no refunds or compensation and hangs up in my face. I call back and the employee does the exact same. At this point I am livid and I go to the store to speak to someone in person. Neither the man who I spoke to on the phone or the manager will speak to me, however I see can hear them both in the back, as the store is empty. So I then speak to another employee who ultimately spoke to me in circles. In the end, I got no compensation or refund or ever spoke to a manager in person.
This is the most ridiculous thing to ever happen and I will never order...
