If I could give this place a negative 5 stars I would. My first and last time ever ordering from them. They have the worst customer service and etiquette ever. I ordered a simple steak tip dinner from them with my last $20 on my debit card for me and my child to have for dinner. The driver never rang my doorbell I was never told when ordering that I would have to go outside my building in the rain with a 17month old if so I never would’ve ordered. Instead I seen my cell had a missed call when my child was done screaming her head off I called where the delivery driver and all her ignorance starts saying that she had been downstairs in her car for 10 minutes and I wasn’t answering. Never once did she ring my bell never once was I told they refuse to come into my building where I live to deliver me food. Instead the driver got mad at me because I was upset she never rang the bell and thought her tone of voice would be met with a gracious attitude. She had the nerve while I’m looking for sneakers to dress my child to go downstairs with that she left and would let the pizza shop to reimburse me when she returned back to work. When I called the restaurant they had the nerve to lie to me and say that they are not allowed to come in the building and deliver when I had food delivered the night before which rang my bell and came upstairs to my door. Instead I’m now left with what to feed me and my child during one of the worst times possible.I recommend no one please no one order or visit they have no human...

My first time ordering I asked for a well done steak and cheese with extra cheese. The bread was not stale but it also didn't taste fresh. There was no extra cheese but thankfully the steak was well done. I ordered a medium. I'm glad I didn't order a large as they suggested. I tend to be a picky eater especially at fast food restaurants which is one reason I don't order out a lot. Next time I will be sure to order a small size the next time I order somewhere new. If I like it I'll come back, if I dislike it, at least it wasn't a complete waste. The food I ordered looked good, but there was no way I could eat it, not after what I saw. I never leave reviews, good or bad but for this people needed to know. The guy who made the food, it looked like his hands could have gone under a power wash a few times. His hands looked like he had just finished working construction...when in actuality he had just finished making my food. He legit had dirt and grime all on his fingertips and what looked like open dirty sores. If you're not gonna wash your hands, well damn, at the very least put some gloves on.
