I regret to announce that my experience tonight was extremely disappointing. I went with my girlfriend anticipating an enjoyable experience - we went, 8 months ago, and sat at the bar and it was a great time. Quick drinks, made right, and a delicious cookie. This time though? I didn't feel comfortable leaving any sort of tip. When we first arrived we were sat relatively quickly. However, that was the only rapid service of the night. We ended up moving tables 5 minutes later due to the stickiness of the table - they informed us it was due to the rags they used to clean the tables (I suspect incorrect sanitizer ratio). We were moved to a new table and upon ordering 6 buffalo wings and our drinks, a tall beer and a toasted almond, we then waited 30+ minutes for the wings to come out and another 3 minutes for the drinks. About 20 minutes in we called over a waiter who was too preoccupied by his phone and asked him to check on our drinks - he made a loop of the kitchen area and sat back down without an utterance of a word to us.
Surely after this it couldn't be that bad, right? Well, after about 10 minutes with our [very slim on meat, dry, and very lightly "buffalo" seasoned] chicken wings someone finally passed by and we were able to order our meals. This was another 20 minutes - at least we had our drinks and chicken. I ordered shrimp scampi, the lady ordered a personal deep dish pepperoni pizza. While the chicken was very disappointing (Shaw's does better, for reference) the food was better. Definitely not the greatest quality, but oh well. I wasn't too surprised. I'd probably order the food for pickup if I didn't know about the next part of my review.
The mouse. Evidently, a known resident to the establishment. I was going to point it out, but the hostess screamed about it before I had a chance. The manager acknowledged it and mentioned how it was always taunting them. It seemed as though he's been around for months.
While the wait staff were, for the most part, nice enough at the table, they were also on their phone 60/70 minutes we were there. There was very little checking to make sure we were doing alright. It took 15 minutes for them to notice our drinks were empty and placed noticably at the edge of the table. The only reason she came to take them away was because I went up to the bar myself to give the bartender my drink order. The bartender was nice enough. She only took a couple of minutes to approach me and see what I needed and was very friendly. The drinks still took 10+ minutes to come to our table, but I imagine by the fact the wait staff sat at their table the entire time it wasn't her fault.
Overall, the experience was very lacking. Normally I feel bad not leaving a tip, but I felt no remorse this time. It wasn't that late, there was one other table when we entered (who also seemed to have been waiting a very long time for the check) and maybe 5 people at the bar with no food to be seen.

Read moreIf I could leave negative stars I would. We went here to eat as a party of 5 at about 7:30/8pm on Saturday April 5th 2025. The server was pleasant. The food however was absolutely atrocious. Three of us got the Buffalo chicken quesadilla one with no onion, one with just plain chicken and cheese, and one regular. Another of our group got the caprese sandwich and the other got the tips with loaded mashed potato. Two out of three of the quesadillas had to get sent back twice. The first time the plain chicken and cheese was Buffalo and the one that had no changes was plain, that was fine mistakes happen. The second time the one that was supposed to be plain chicken and cheese was still Buffalo and the unchanged one tasted horrible to the point I could not even swallow the small piece of chicken I had tried. The caprese sandwich was ordered with chicken, the chicken was bland and tasted horrible and the fries were disgusting. The tips were ordered medium well and when cut into were absolutely raw, looked like it had been seared for maybe 30 seconds on each side and that’s about it also tasted like it had been dragged through oil. The loaded potatoes had absolutely no flavor and were chunky for some unknown reason(not normal mashed chunky). We had also ordered fried pickles and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks were stone cold and the fried pickles were subpar at best. The manager finally came over after the second time having to send two of the quesadillas back and informing the waitress that the entire meal was inedible. The manager, a tall older white man with a large gut and wearing a purple shirt, came over and was incredibly rude, the first words out of his mouth were “what what do you want” then “well I’ll just take it all then” when we explained the issues. He was incredibly rude and did not apologize or seem sincere about anything, made it very clear to us he saw us an in inconvenience and irritation more than anything else. He also did not offer to comp our meal at all until one of our group asked him “what did you say?” Then he offered to take it off the bill. All in all this was a terrible experience all around between the food and how the manager handled the situation. We went there for one of our groups birthday expecting to have a pleasant evening with good food and good company and ended up leaving disappointed disgusted with the way the manager handled the situation and with absolutely no intent to ever go back. None of us ate, the cake we brought for the person who’s birthday it was was ruined and our opinion of uno has...
Read moreI don't even know where to begin. From the moment I arrived I felt like I'd glimpsed something scurrying across the floor. Since my friends didn't see it, no one paid it any attention and we tried to enjoy ourselves and eat our meals. When we finished dessert we realized I was right. There was a small mouse scurrying across the floor. When we paid the bill we reported what had happened to the waitress, and her "surprise” reaction was super forced as if she already knew the rat was there and its presence were normal. One of my friends didn't feel comfortable tipping and she immediately said: "What do you mean, no tip? I added extra ice cream in your brownie!!! I'll remember your face the next time you come back here." First, my friend didn't ask for extra ice cream. Second, good service doesn't need "excessive good gestures" to prove itself. And no one is obligated to tip after realizing the establishment is home to a mouse. Both my other friend and I felt "coerced” to tip her. (It's worth remembering that up until that point the service had been okay.) We know it's not her fault the mouse was there. The restaurant urgently needs to contact the health department to prevent another incident like this from happening. Aside from that, the food was good. However, we should have not paid the bill. I felt uncomfortable the entire time and we only stayed there because we had already ordered and weren't sure what I had actually seen. The waitress called the manager to talk to us. He apologized and said he would pass the incident on to the supervisor. I think he should have at least refunded us or tried to give us a discount for a future visit to the restaurant, which I must say will not happen. It seemed he also knew the mouse was there all the time. Other people near our table got up and gave up ordering after seeing the mouse and all...
