CreAsian Flavors of Vietnam — Restaurant in Brentwood

This used to be my GO TO Vietnamese restaurant ever since it opened. We followed them from being regulars for years at their previous restaurant where we were AVID REGULARS going once to twice every week. I stopped going months ago! The egg rolls in the noodle salad keeps getting smaller, many times they have been served cold. The prices keep rising and the service is utterly bad and unpleasant. After following the restaurant and owners for years they still treat me rudely as if they are annoyed we are in their restaurant. The last time I was there was reason I finally decided to leave after being treated rudely for so many years.

The waiter who must have been relatively new misordered and I didn’t get the dish I ordered. The owner was upset and blamed me for misordering (even though I have ordered the SAME two dishes twice a week for the past 6 years!). He rudely said it was FINE and that he would eat it so it would not go to waste. It was that day I decided I had had enough of being treated rudely and I would drive to the next town if I had to to find a new Vietnamese restaurant. And I did! I have been a regular and very happy weekly customer at Da Nang. Their food quality is always good and consistent and they are always happy to see me and their entire staff always recognizes me and knows exactly what I like to order. The owner and all the staff are always sweet and orders come quickly and the restaurant is very clean and the quality of the food is consistent and top notch in my opinion. I don’t go...

I ordered grill pork chop $12.00, but they made combo $15.50. I found it out after i paid. I told them i did not order combo. They gave me attitude and raised their voice saying they cooked by mistake so just take it and pay for the combo price. I said no. I did not take that wrong order. They reluctantly said they would refund me $2.50 and they picked out the combo items from my order, just left the pork chop portion for me. I didn't want my food to be messed up like that so i wanted to cancel the messy order. They did not let me cancel. Since they made a mistake on foods order and wasted my time, they should have charged the correct item price, not to force customer to pay for the higher price. They should have not opened my food box to pick foods around so nasty. I paid tax for the $2.50 thay they over charged me, but they did not refund tax back to me when they refund $2.50. Moreover, the meat on combo is always less than the single item, but they did not add meat back to how the single item should be after they picked out other items from my order. They also took away the fish sauce when they picked out the foods. I had to go back there to get my fish sauce. They ignored me when i told them to give me my fish sauce back. I dont trush foods in this Cresaian restaurant since the servers and owners are rude and cheating. I will never come back to this restaurant. I suggested people not to support this bad restaurant. Awesome Awesome Food & Service. I like that when their employees work as a team to take our order and throughout the meal whenever anyone of them pass up our table they make sure we're happy and got everything we need. I get nauseous easily with food but I've eaten at this place 4 times in the last week and I always come out of here feeling well and satisfied. The food is fresh and tastes really good! The prices are very good too. The first time we went in we ordered the spring rolls and Cubed filled mignon with garlic noodles and wow our order was served within 10 minutes and the meat was so tender & delicious. We've ordered something different everytime and never been disappointed. We went on a Friday night and were seated within 10 minutes and they were really busy. Our food also was served to us within 10 minutes and every table was taken. We took our family a table of 6 to have dinner and everyone loved it. I highly recommend...
