This place was great when it opened but it has gone downhill in a hurry. I came in today with a family of 4 all adults. I can physically see 8 people working including a manager we are the 5th table being served. All the other tables already had their food as we walked in took about 10 minutes for someone to take our order seemed a little lengthy considering they had no other tables to take orders from. After taking our order/drink order the server returned with the drinks my wife ordered a Coke and my Father in law ordered a Diet Coke she came to the table sat down the drinks looked at us and told us she didn't know which was which and then just left......... I don't want to be drinking from someone else's glass or vice versa is it common for people to have to figure out what drink is theirs??? The mix-up wasn't the problem the problem is the lady just leaves like who cares they'll figure it out... So I'm writing this while still waiting for my food the lady brings up 6 milkshakes and starts setting them on the table we didn't order milkshakes.... Even if we did there is 4 of us not 6.. I told her that's not mine her response is "well what's yours"?????!!!??!?!?!? They have 5 tables how complicated is this?!?!?! It has now been about 35min since we walked in. My mother in law and myself have empty glasses, server seems more interested in wiping the counter 100 times. Please give your servers more training. Besides, they don't do the things Jonny Rockets is known for, no more dancing, no more happy faces on plates.Not that I care but I'm sure the...

The only reason I'm giving a 1 star rating is because it's the lowest rating available. The poor service & poor staff only equals a zero. To just make my point, when I was addressing some issues with the "supervisor" she had a disgusting, huge hickey on her neck, exposing it to my little girl. And when I noticed it, she proudly exposed it more saying she is happy to work in a place that doesn't tell her anything about it. This worker's name is Damaris; she is low class and very unprofessional. Instead of attempting to assist with my concerns, she instigated the other workers. They kept looking my way pointing & laughing. They never refilled our drinks or checked if we needed anything. We had to beg for the ticket. When I reported it to the region manager, he just said he'll talk to the staff. No wonder these workers mistreated us, because they know the manager, Josue Gandara has their back. I made a formal complaint to the corporate office, pending a call back. This restaurant is overrated. It is run by ghetto leaders and poor workers that needs more training. Spend your money in a more suitable place. The food is not that great, u can easily find the same quality of food in any other burger place. Very overrated just because they dance once in awhile and make smiling faces...

My boyfriend took me here for the first time yesterday. The entire experience was awful. We walked in and there was just a bad vibe. There was no good ambiance feel. The server took over 15 minutes to bring us two waters and one milkshake. The milkshake was super watery. We saw our server make it and then walk away instead of bringing it to us. The water cups were dirty with dried ketchup. We then ordered our food, I ordered a Philly and my boyfriend ordered a burger. Food took almost 30 minutes to come out. We noticed the cooks had put our food up to be served and the server walked by the plates four times before she brought the food over. My Philly and my boyfriend’s fries were ice cold. We told the server to send my Philly back and the manager came up to us. He was just as clueless as the server. Every table was dirty with dishes and crumbs. A lot of the tables had empty ketchup bottles, we noticed another table went to five different tables until they found a ketchup bottle with ketchup. Needless to say, we will...
