Starbucks — Restaurant in Buffalo

Ordered a venti matcha with sf vanilla, oat milk, and an extra shot of matcha powder. And got a double smoked Gouda sandwich with no cheese.

I get home and the matcha is made with milk. I drive back and get that fixed.

I go back home and then they put cheese on the sandwich. Drive back and get that fixed.

3 times I had to go there today. Kid in the polo sweatshirt didn’t even pay attention to my order, was rude, and didn’t even apologize.

I work in the service industry so I get it, but that just is incompetence. Throw him back on dishwasher because he shouldn’t be working the foh.

Giving it 2 stars because Michelle and the other supervisor refunded me and made it right.

I am a Starbucks devotee. I love this particular store. Yes, it can get busy, sometimes, as all Starbucks do. However, the staff is polite and level-headed. In addition, most of the customers are also adults, unlike the Elmwood store that gets mobs of school kids and many people who bring their dogs with them into the store. I have no issue with that, but others do and it makes for some interesting snarky sidebar conversations. I would rather see the dogs with owners waiting for coffee than tied up outside. But maybe that's me. My point is you never drama at this Delaware store, just great coffee and food plus...

This Starbucks has messed up my order two times in a row. Everyone is very friendly and this is the closest Starbucks to me and my route to work so it’s a shame. This is how I start my morning and to have it messed up more than once is upsetting. It’s not a little mess up either. I’ve ordered an iced pumpkin chai and have gotten cold brew each time. Only way my order doesn’t get messed up is if I mobile order but then I can’t use my reusable cup. The baristas have even confirmed my order is a pumpkin chai when I order and STILL it’s cold brew!...
