I placed an online order for one thin crust cheese pizza and one order of cheese puffs, also one two liter drink. I arrived earlier than my estimated time of pickup and went inside to inform the worker that I was there early and he could fire my order anytime, because when I tried to call prior two times, there was no answer. There were only two employees there working very hard, they were behind. The customer service area was full of gas waiting on their order, the kitchen area was a mess; there was food everywhere. The lights were flickering inside, there was no outside light on the Little Caesars display, making the restaurant appear very dark and desolate and dangerous. By the time I left, I had a horrible headache. Although the employee took my name when I came in, I do not think that he paid any extra attention to my order and didn't attempt to fire it any quicker than it was supposed to be fired, which made me wait 45 minutes there for my order with two hungry kids in the car. I eventually asked the man if he would just sell me a cheese pizza that was already ready and he informed me that my order was about to come out of the oven. I received my order and a complimentary order of cheese puffs and he apologized about the wait. When I went to get my two liter Pepsi out of the cooler there was no Pepsi no mountain dew only cherry flavored Pepsi story and grape sunkist. When we got home and opened our box of pizza, we were more disappointed. It was not a case of the cheese sliding off the box because the box was flat the whole ride home and you can clearly tell there was no cheese placed on certain parts of the pizza. The cheese puffs were burnt. My kids did not enjoy the dinner at all. I am very unhappy with this location and I will never visit or...
Read moreManagement services horrible. I have been buying pizza from this location for year's. But on this particular day i decided to buy the kids a stuffed crust pizza for $9.99 along with 2 of the $5 pizzas. When we got home the kids started eating the $5 pizza and i put me some stuffed crust pizza in my lunch bag for work later that night. At lunch time i warmed my pizza and took a bite of the stuffed crust. While im chewing i noticed the cheese had wrapped around my tongue. I started trying to separate the cheese with my tongue and the roof of my mouth with no luck. I said to my self this must be some stringy tuff cheese because it wouldn't break. So i decided to break the cheese with my fingers. What i pulled out of my mouth was not long stringy cheese. It actually was a long stringy black hair wrapped around my finger that was mixed with cheese. I immediately threw the pizza away and tried not to gag. On my way home i called the store and went buy there and told the manager what happened. To my dismay the manager didnt apologize or offer me another pizza ( not that i wanted it) but instead told me to call back and talk to another manager. I left my phone number and took the managers name and she was supposed to call. No one called me and i tried calling for 2 weeks. Finally i got the manager Shelby Gross (yes Gross). The manager gave me the run around asking did i still have the pizza and my receipt. She said she couldn't do anything unless i had them. I told her i threw both of them away 2 weeks ago. But as long as it has taken that soon i would have the credit card statement. She said that wasnt good enough. I was disappointed because i have spent thousands of dollars over the years with Little Ceasers. 85% of my money at...
Read moreIt makes no difference if I come after work around 3-4pm or if I come late at night like 9:30pm….the customer service at this location is lacking so much. You walk in and nobody ever acknowledges that you’re standing there. I have witnessed them on their phones or too busy having a conversation amongst themselves to come to the front to handle customers. Sometimes I’m the only one standing there, sometimes it’s me and 2-3 other people. I could understand if this was a one time thing or when they are slammed….but this is an all the time thing with this location. The workers seem miserable to be there and don’t say one single word to you. I can’t tell you how many times I have walked in, told them I needed a pizza, handed them my money, received my pizza and walked out ALL WITHOUT a single word from the workers. ALL of them are like this too, not just one versus the other. No such thing as “hey how are you? Welcome in. Thank you. Anything else for you today? Have a nice day.” I’ve gotten to the point where I purposely don’t say thank you simply bc of the disrespect I feel of not so much as being acknowledged as a person standing there. This is getting beyond ridiculous at...
