Mis Cuates Taco Shop — Restaurant in California

Decided to stop by and give it a try, My Mistake! I tried to order my food and neither Me or my wife eat onions, so we asked for the guacamole on the side and the pico de Gallo on the side but was told by the girl at the register with an attitude No! It's either on the food or not at All, that was a burrito that I was trying to order, I decided to then order a torta, and again I asked for no onions, so the guac and pico on the side and again she told me and my wife with an attitude, No! It's either in the food or not at all. I walked out after being Talked to, like when a mother is trying to discipline her toddlers. The food seemed over priced anyway! She did me a favor, I drove a couple of minutes down Pala road and Just before pechanga, I stopped by Baja Express, it's a Mexican restaurant inside the Gas station on Pechanga gas station and gas given awesome service, the food taste great and a super good deal, I ordered Carnitas plate, it came with 2 tortillas, rice beans with cheese,sour cream guacamole and pico on the side and a 32 ounce drink, all for...

So I came here about a month ago and the service and food was actually pretty good. I stop here because it’s a way for me to avoid traffic and be able to eat something about half way home and calm down after a 12 hour shift in construction. This time as I was looking at the menu the same younger lady (brown eyes brown hair) who helped me last time gave me attitude and tried to rush me (I was the only person in the place btw)I could see her facial and body expressions in the corner of my eye as I was looking at the menu. I asked for 5 rolled tacos and asked if I could have the sour cream on the side. She said she can’t give me sour cream because there’s nothing to put it in either I can have it on or off. So I will not be coming here again, it’s a shame but respect goes a long way, and if you don’t give it you don’t get my money. Fix your attitude or get out of customer service. No wonder nobody else...

First time going in since our visit, it was not welcoming at all, very awkward. No hi or how are you which her customer service shows off the bad vic vibe. It was not as expected to be like, opositéis that it should be at any restaurant. I was hungry and had to order. The food was hot and hard nothing really special. Hardly any of the vegetables. I will definitely not be coming back again. Coming from someone who worked in a restaurant for years as well. The women taking orders needs to be well trained or put in the back, if not then just be a little nicer, if candy just fake it. Looked like she didn’t want to be there or bored.
