I never leave reviews but felt compelled to in this case. Worst experience I've ever had for lunch. Ordered online and when I arrived I was told the online ordering system was down. I showed them my email receipt and they said they would get right to it; so far so good, I don't mind a few minute wait. 30 minutes go by and multiple people who ordered after me have gotten their food. I asked the cashier if everything was okay with my order and she seemed confused but said yes. A customer who placed an online order who arrived after me received her food so I got up to ask again and the cashier was still confused. I explained that I already showed her my online receipt and that many people after me received their food. She clearly didn't recognize helping me earlier and asked my name. As soon as I gave it a cook came out the back with my order (now cold). What an infuriating experience, they clearly forgot my order in the back and kept telling me everything was okay, even when I repeatedly asked. 45 minutes for a sandwich...I'll never come back. I have the good fortune of working across the street, and I am so excited to have such a reliable place serving such delicious food. I can't say enough about this place. The menu is amazing: I highly recommend the Vermont Turkey Melt with its raspberry aioli; the Eggsadilla for breakfast; and the Mediterranean Meze Salad. The staff are great: they make an effort to remember your name and are happy to accommodate any requests. Most importantly, the staff are enthusiastic about great food. While Hratch, the owner, was making my salad, a chef popped out of the kitchen and said, "I just fell in love with broccoli, garlic, and blue cheese!" and insisted that I try a sample. (It was delicious).
The space and patio are also really beautifully arrayed for meals, catching up with colleagues/friends, and just relaxing. Take advantage of the "soft" opening now before this place...

What looks like an old garage has been converted into a modern, and chic, but cozy eatery. I suspect many people grab take-out here and go back to their desks, but my semi-retired friend and I ate in. She had a delicious Portuguese Kale Soup, and a slice of pizza with chicken and veggies. I had a Thai Chicken Wrap, full of chicken and fresh veggies. I wish I'd had room for the desserts and coffee drinks, but that's for next time. The owner and workers were very welcoming. There's a lovely patio I could see myself sitting on in the warm weather. Plenty of variety in the menu, so whatever your diet, you can find...
