I'd like to try more of what's on the menu because I'm not sure if what I got is the best representation of the meats there.

First item I got was the hot link and oh my for my spice level it was right on the edge of too much. These hot links are definitely hot and it comes with some dipping sauce. Not sure what it was but it wasn't enough to curb the spice level. Whish I could have tasted more smokey flavor but the spice took most of any smoke flavor away. I could see eating this with some honey for a type of honey hot link but this is just personal preference.

The other item I got was The Harold and let me tell you, this sandwich was massive and you definitely need a large appetite to eat it all. The Harold sandwich had a lot of cheese on it, I had to eat through globs of over hanging cheese to get to sandwich. This thing was over flowing with meat too, prepared to get your hands dirty on this one. The fresh jalapeños were nice little kick and the bacon was a good addition of flavor but I really wished to taste some BBQ flavor on the pork but it wasn't there because so much was going on.

Customer service over the phone wasn't the best. I am from out of town and don't eat BBQ very often so I had questions, that were rudly answered. We spent $120 to feed 5 adults. We ordered all of there sides. Mac n cheese was dry and lacked flavor. Potatoe salad was ok very mustardy if you like that. Chili beans were salty. The coleslaw was not good at all. Corn coblets were nothing special either. We ordered half rack of ribs and they were good but BBQ sauce was basic definitely like an off brand sauce. The sliced brisket moist was delicious, chopped brisket was also really good. Baked potatoe with a hot link was my favorite. Baked potatoe with pulled pork was good as well. Will I ever go back?
