The only Mexican drive-thru place that didn't have a line...and now I know why. I went through to get a breakfast burrito. I don't mind paying the price as long as I get a quality product. The guy at the window was nice, but whoever made the burrito needs to visit his abuela and get shown how to make a decent burrito. First off, the tortilla was burnt. The bacon was over-cooked, pretty much burnt. There were cold potatoes, some soft, some with a slight crunch. The cheese was a lump in one spot, and the eggs had a texture that made me wonder if they were leftover from the day before. They usually give you lemons with carne Asada tacos in the first place but I always ask just to be on the safe side and they said OK but didn’t give me lemons. I also asked for no guacamole on my taco and guess what? They put guacamole on my taco so I lost a bunch of pico because it came off when I had to Scoop the guacamole off, which didn’t work very well because it had all soaked down into my taco, ruining the entire taco. The meat was OK, but the whole meal was ruined because it’s not the same without lemon. No lemon and slimy guacamole all over my taco. They couldn’t handle two simple requests. Read moreThe female cashier at the drive through window today, 9/23/2021 at 10:45am, was extremely rude, not only when ordering, but continued with her rude treatment once we pulled up to the window. While ordering and repeating the order and she shouted, "Yes, I heard you". Once at the window while asking a question, she rudely I interrupted and cut us off by closing the window. She needs to find another job that doesn't deal with customers if she is taking whatever personal problems she has to work and taking her frustrations out on customers. Needless to say, sorry excuses for employees such as her are EXTREMELY BAD FOR BUSINESS. Will never stop by this restaurant again. Management needs...
