Went there last night about 1/2 hour before closing because we wanted something before we caught a movie. Should have left because we noticed they were cleaning everything even though they close at 10 pm. Staff acted very inconvenienced. My husband got the quesadilla with rice and beans on the side. Tiny amount of food for the price. I got the Saturday special. Both of our entrees had little to no cheese. But this is the kicker- my husband ordered a horchatta drink (over $6 each). There was apparently hardly any left. We saw the lady fill the cup almost fully with ice and the liquid only filled the cup halfway. So then we watched her put even more ice to try to get the liquid higher. My husband said to her that he could see they were out and to just give him a different flavor. We were extremely put off by that behavior of trying to trick us with a cup stuffed with ice for an over $6 drink. So deceptive!!!! They also brought everything over in to-go containers giving a loud and clear "leave now." Overall a very negative experience and we wish...
Read moreIt was mediocre. The interior and exterior of the resturant looked nice. The food was very mediocre and lacking. We spent around $40 on a el pastor burrito, a chicken burrito, 1 street-corn and a strawberry fresca. For $12 a burrito it was average size and came with nothing else. The el pastor was decent but the chicken was really bland. For that price and taste they really should either be larger or come with a side. The street-corn was missing something and was just ok. The Fresca was the best thing we got but was still average. One big plus is that you could tell that the ingredients were good quality. As for the service itself, it was ok. There were several tables that were dirty and or had dirty dishes still on them. We were there for around an hour and they still hadn't been cleared. It's also a sit down and serve yourself type resturant so there is very little interaction between customers and staff.

Read moreIn a nutshell the food was very flavorful and the sauces were great. But I think the prices especially considering the portions were a bit too high. I'm giving it 5 stars because it's good food and it deserves it. As for the prices, for example I got a Carne asada burrito and a coke. The total came out to about $15. There was no side of beans and rice or chips, that was an additional $4. And the agua frescas were $4 for a medium and $6 for a large with reduced refill prices. I wanted to get one but couldn't justify the price, but I overheard from other customers that they were tasty. The burrito was about half the size of a Chipotle burrito or even slightly smaller than a burrito you'd get at a place like Tacos el Jefe or Robertos. So it'll be a place I'll go back to, but just not very often because it's a bit pricey for...
