This has been one of my favorite burger places for years. But after today I will go to P Terry's were they show they appreciate their customers. I ordered a numb 1 with a frozen strawberry lemonade. When I approached the window no smile and no greeting. My drink was white on the top and the bottom was about an inch of strawberry. I asked if it could be blended. The young lady named Destini said someone new made it and she would remake it. I watched her scoop out some of the mix and add more strawberry then a little mix. Smh She handed me my bag and the window closed. I waved and asked for ketchup and she gave me attitude without saying a word. One sip almost sent me in a diabetic coma. I parked and went to the window. The same lady was there I told her it was too sweet can I get a regular lemonade drink. She slightly rolled her eyes. And slung it in the trash with force. Then the manager comes to the window and tells me that's how we make them. I explain how I order them often and never had a problem. Then he replied next time he will charge me extra. At this point it doesn't make sense because a frozen drink cost more than a fountain drink. Actually you made more money off of me. I even explained that it was bad for business for his employee to have an attitude and didn't mind showing it. She keeping saying things while standing off to the side of him. He had to tell her to hush over and over. Then told me he would handle it. It's sad what paying customers go through just because employers are desperate...
Read moreThis WAS my favorite "go to" place on Wed. And/Or Sat even though they always have a lot of turn over in employees. Today was my final visit as I was so angry that a shift manager regarded my request for Fresh, hot, extra crispy fries, NO heat lamp, as unnecessary (I'm the paying customer here!) and stared me in the eye while teaching her new employee to disregard my request and give me the fries in the tray ( not hot just warm, not extra crispy). I ate one, not hot, not extra crispy so returned them to correct. They normally wouldn't make it 2 blocks before turning into those hard cold little boards everyone hates and throws away! She came to window to inform me they were fresh and had been cooked for blah blah blah minutes...not according to my order! I just don't need the aggravation! It's not like they have so many customers they can afford to run them off. If I wanted someone to dictate how I have to eat, I'd move to a 3rd world country! For God's sake, franchise owner, take the time to teach your employees that CUSTOMER SERVICE keeps customers coming back. An angry...
Read moreClosed early. Left multiple cars sitting at drive thru and didn't take order. Pulled up to window they lied and said it was 8 when it wasn't. Asked to speak to someone in charge to complain. Manager called GM to let them know the situation. Acknowledged that 4 cars were there at 7:57. (Closes at 8) Put GM on speaker, he yelled "I will never give my cell phone out to a customer and I will always back my assistant manager!" I didnt ask for his cell. I asked for a number to call to complain for them closing early. She called him and put him on speaker. She then told him to close and lock the window with us sitting at drive-thru with another customer behind us saying they waited 10 minutes for food as well. Wouldn't give me a number to call anyone who cared about the customers, told me to go on line, search for the location and find a number. You want to close early, change your hours. But 8pm on a Saturday isn't too late to stay open for your customers. But at least stay open for the hours...
