Casey's — Restaurant in Cedar Rapids

I've been going to this caseys since it opened. I buy 2 things there daily, cigs and soda. Even thou most of the time, incompetent ordering by the staff has me walking out and going somewhere else. I'd say half the time, they are out of my cigs, and I've gone in there alot and there is no mountain dew stocked in the store. Ok... I'll go somewhere else. But today they actually had everything stocked, I try to purchase my items with a credit card, the same card I just used outside for gas with no problem. The card reader won't read the card, the attendant says swipe it from bottom to top instead of the regular way and then says it's declined. Very embarrassing after having to wait forever because they only had 1 pack of my cigs on the shelf and I had to wait for him to restock, with the crowd building up behind me. Ok... so I go to caseys down the street and use the same card with no issue. Smh. It's like they don't like money... that's fine I'll take my business and my works business elsewhere from now on. The location is convenient for me, but never again! I will go out of my way to not go to this...

I had been wanting pizza all week and just put it off, I said to myself today I'm definitely having pizza. I called Casey Store and asked the young lady Ms. Akyla the prices of pizza and she kindly responded to every question I had. She mentioned that the small pizza is usually cut in 4 slices and I kindly asked her if she would do 8 slices and she replied, yes I can do that! She even gave me the time frame that my pizza would be ready. And it was when I went to pick it up. I aslo bought a couple of other snacks.. Thank you Ms. Akyla my pizza was PERFECT!!! You also have a AMAZING customer service, definitely will come back. Iam definitely enjoying my dinner...

This Casey's is always clean and after you walk throughthe doors multiple times claiming it as YOUR Casey's the staff has bigger smiles for you and casual conversation becomes much easier....the staff makes you feel right at home. They always seem to know exactly where that one mystery item you cant find yourself is located. The sandwitches are superb and their Taco Pizza is out of this world. The only bad thing is they dont have WHITE CHOCOLATE CARAMEL MACCHIATO CAPPUCCINO.....That would make it about perfect....this Casey's gets 5 stars in my...
