Starbucks — Restaurant in Centennial

So rude! DO NOT order Uber eats or anything from here. Girl with all tattoos and dark hair and piercings.. she was so rude! She literally says well I watched them confirm the order because I saw the adress and we had another person already come in for it after them and we gave it to them and you’re now the third driver. I asked her if she confirmed it with the second driver or even verified the name she says no we didn’t see a reason to. Umm.. I’m sorry, you didn’t see a reason to? So now how am I supposed to believe you even watched the confirmation or verification of the first person? Like I’m sorry what? Well we can’t give you the order unless Uber calls us. So you’re ok giving it to two other people and then you draw the line? Wow, very professional. Let’s order get stolen twice then we will actually do our job. Mkay. Then proceeds to be like I’m sorry and I’m like no you’re not you literally have this happen all the time, you’d think they would change something or learn from it. But nope. She then says well you can look for other orders like firstly hun I already wanted gas and now I have to waste double gas to get something else. She was incredibly rude. And kind of rolled her eyes at me like I was annoying her. That’s fine, then quit your damn job clearly you don’t wanna be there and clearly you can’t even do...

The team on duty was excellent. My son and I were there with my son’s service dog when an individual walked in with a pet dog without a leash. The staff asked the individual to leash his dog which he took offense to. The staff kindly firmly told him it was not optional. The individual ended up leaving vs staying and sitting with their beverage because was insulted at the request. As a parent to a child with a disability who has a REAL service dog I commended the staff when we left for their excellent handling of the situation. The gentleman they dealt with was rude but they handled it with grace and dignity. They were generous in allowing him to simply leash his dog vs asking him to leave as his dog was not a service dog but I appreciate them confronting the individual and sticking firm to their choice out of respect for our service dog. ADA laws are often ignored, and this can pose a real hazard for true working dogs, and I really appreciate how they handled the situation calmly, politely, and with grace...

We had a wonderful visit I ordered an iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso but with half brown sugar syrup and half toffee nut they were out of the second so I got chestnut praline, toffee nut is better but they prepared my coffee just as I ordered and it was pretty good.. The barista at the drive thru asked us about our holiday and talked to us as our coffees were being made and it was very refreshing, it was barely even transactional. You could tell they like their job and were happy to be there. I usually go inside at this location and it’s always clean they have lots of seating choices and if my kids are with me nobody ever complains about the toddler being a bit of a tornado while we wait. I really like this location more than most others. Highly recommend I will even say kid friendly (they have a snowman cake pop right now which my 4 year old rates five stars) and I’ve found some rare cups at this store too .
