One of the worse experiences I've had in a long time. Felt out of place the moment I walked in. The sign by the door said seat yourself so I gladly walked toward the biggest TV on the opposite end of the bar. Was never greeted or spoken to, almost felt like no one wanted to talk to me but I shrugged it off and sat dead center in front of the biggest TV in front of the fire place. I was clearly visible and I'm not a small or average looking individual. I sat there for almost 15 minutes (I have video proof thanks to Snapchat) before an awkward "oh did you need help sir" from behind me. Was rushed into what drink I wanted before seeing a menu and quickly being told the kitchen just closed. I just got up and left at this point. I'm not sure if I just looked like a bad tipper tonight or they didn't want to talk to me until after the kitchen closed but all round terrible experience.

This has the potential to be the best bar in SE Aurora... let's see what the do this summer!
This place has an EXTREME amount of potential. They have a patio that could easily be the best patio in SE Aurora, they have a bar area that could host the best sporting events in SE Aurora. The thing is, I haven't seen or heard anyone say "Let's go to Jackson's." I don't know if they are managed by Celebrity's or if they have their own management and they are just housed inside the bowling alley. Nonetheless, this place needs to be tapped into.
My only concern is the price of the drinks, I need to go during happy hour to see if I am missing out on a deal. Other than that, the bar food is good (right along with any other bar). Jackson's, I will see you at a happy hour this summer! Please...

Likely the slowest, worst, most uncaring service we've ever experienced. Took forever to get drinks, just sodas, not even alcohol. Food took forever, kids' meals were overcooked, server hardly stopped by. Manager never said a thing while they chatted with the bartender. Live music was fine, but SO LOUD, you couldn't even have a conversation by yelling. Not busy at all, yet still felt totally ignored. We will...
