Read moreWe recieved our food, which was 3 separate combo meals and an order of jalapeños bites. When we got home and distributed the food, my daughter said a bug came out of her fries. We called the restaurant to let them know about the issue and they offered me a free fry tomorrow and for me to come pick it up. We explained to the lady, Virginia, that if a bug came out of one of the fries that A) there is no telling what else the bug touched or if their relatives touched the other food and B) if this restaurant has bugs we don’t want to eat there at all and that we wanted a refund. We were told call back tomorrow and speak to the manager Carlos and see what he can do. Disappointing, especially as a former employee of the parent company. This is way below company standards.
