Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Channelview

I ordered over the phone Tuesday 10/18/22 and came to pick up my order which was coming out of the oven as I walked in… There were only (2) people working, a young lady and a young man ( I want to say his name was Jose but it could have been Juan?) The young man met me at the register and let me tell you, as I waited for my order to be boxed up this guy was calm and and very professional. There was a rush of orders and the place was extremely busy but that didn’t phase him one bit. I was impressed to say the least. The oven was full to capacity and the orders were still coming in and people were lining up to pick up their orders also. The young lady was hustling and boxing up orders and keeping up with the demand as well… I have never seen such a busy rush handled so perfectly… Juan’s ability to handle the pressure was nothing short of amazing and it left a lasting impression on me. I have been a Pizza Hut customer since I was a young kid and I am 54 now and never have I seen such a busy hectic situation handled so perfectly… I could not in good conscience not leave a review. BTW, the Pizza and Pasta were done exactly right as well… Please do not get rid of this team. They can handle whatever needs to be done and if ever I saw management material I saw it Tuesday in Juan. Thank you Sir for making this the best Pizza Hut visit in my life… You have reinforced my opinion about Pizza Hut being the best place to order my Pizza and Pasta. Your fan for...

This location needs to be shut down, permanently! My family just recently made an online order to be delivered from here, but we never received or pizza! This location doesn't have drivers employed with their business, so they use the Door Dash delivery service. We got a notification that our order was ready and being delivered by Door Dash driver by the name of Ahbasi. We then got a notification from Pizza Hut that the Door Dash driver, Ahbasi, handed our order to us, but we never got a knock on our door from anyone. We thought Ahbasi probably left it at our front door, but we didn't see any pizza boxes. We called this location multiple times, but they just transferred us to a call center and we kept getting the run-around. We also called the driver, Ahbasi, but he never answered the phone when we called. We assume our order was given to another apartment or the driver just kept it and at ate it. If anyone ever orders a pizza from this location, just got pick it up yourself. DON'T EVER HAVE THEM DELIVER...

Horrible customer service. The store is always "understaffed" because of people not showing up. At least that's always the reason they give when they have to cancel my online delivery order. Your only option (when they have to cancel) after ordering/paying online is going down to the location and picking up yourself or canceling your order. The last few times the reason was because not enough drivers and the delivery wait was over 3 hours. I had to get an uber to pick up pizza, I couldn't even get a coupon for the inconvenience. On top of that after many calls to the owner or whoever's number I was given never answered and the one time he called me back he "couldn't hear anything when I was saying hello, then i called back right after and once again no answer.
