Flyer in the mail, their 'Triple Treasure' for $4.99 looked awesome, and fit this week's budget's 'dining out' allowance (bad month!). I ordered drive-thru, people were polite, got to window for my 1 order. Patient, as I was having to wait thru 3 other cars ahead of me--one apparent;y feeding a dozen or so folks. Another, after paying and, I assumed, waiting, finally pulled up to wait. #3 was fairly quick, and I assumed mine would be the same. Not so. Girl in Window was clean and polite, took money and closed window. Waited. Waited. Waited some more. She returned to window area. I waited more. She opened up, handed me a bag that felt surprisingly light to be cradling piece of fish, piece of chicken, 4 shrimp, fries, hush puppies, cole slaw with tartar and cocktail sauce. Upon exam at red light, long wait mystery solved: They had to find the VERY smallest piece of fish in the fryer (.5" (maybe) thick x 1" W x 5" L, INCLUDING batter) and chicken strip @ .5" thick x 1"W x 6 " L. Oh, and they also had to TAKE OUT 1 of the 4 shrimp pictured and give me an overfull cup of mayo-laden coleslaw (illusion of weight) that tasted suspiciously past its sell by date. Puppies were not done. Don't let the promo pic fool ya. I didn't bother to contact the mgr---I dealt with owner long time ago over inedible food...to no avail. Should have taken a pic. The meat, fish, fries tasted moderately ok. The rest went in...

The worse experience ever with w Captain D's. I ordered a ultimate seafood platter and a lobster roll combo. Order came up to $17.50. Waited over 20 mins for my order. Call store spoke with the lady who took my order informed her that my fries were missing from the combo. Then she does not place me on hold. Tells her manager I'm flipping out about my fries when I declined a combo. Now I inform the manager at this point I heard exactly what the employee said and I wasn't upset until I hear the lie she just told her. Then manager proceeds to "ring up the order"supposedly to get the $17.50 amount. Ultimate seafood platter 9.99 2 lobster rolls at 3.99 a piece and a small drink. Now I have my receipt showing what was ordered and she tells me no fries were on my order. Clearly my order would've been well over 17.50 with taxes added. I am highly upset with the poor customer service, lack of professionalism and utter disgusting behavior of these employees at the store. My review is going to corporate because from the cashier to the management of this store needs training. I have worked and managed in customer service and this was not acceptable. I didn't go back to the store because I am furious and will never give my money to this...
