I don’t like writing bad reviews but this place just seems to be going downhill. I been a customer for years now and I remember when they had bigger bowls, same price. Now the bowls are tiny even for the Big Mahana and the rice is usually not cooked, super crunchy with no flavor. The employees don’t even greet you, they just stare at you until I say something. Customer service has been really bad for a while now. I’m the type that want to see every business strive for greatness especially if it have food supporting my needs but I’ve had way too many issues with this company. I even reached out to customer support email and had someone call me because i made a online order and my card got charged but the order did not go through and customer support was absolutely no help and for this issue. I had to go to my bank to dispute charges. They didn’t make the order nor offer me a deal or anything for the screw up on their end and I had screenshots for proof. The reviews of this restaurant are all over the place for some reason ...

I had a pleasant experience. Walked in around 5 pm on Wednesday. The restaurant was completely empty. I built my own bowl (Mahana - 1 base, 2 veggies, and 1 protein). Selected sesame noodles (base), sesame ginger broccoli and roasted mushrooms (veggies), and teriyaki chicken for protein. For my sauce, I went with citrus ginger.

A few reviews mentioned their food was cold; unfortunately, mine was barley warm. Temperature aside ... the bowl was delicious! Also previous reviews mention a lack of seasoning ... I did not experience this. Everything from the noodles, broccoli, mushrooms and chicken was seasoned well - and the sauce was on point!!! The bowl/portions were fine in my option - found it to be filling. I can definitely see myself coming back and trying this bowl again!!!

I have passed this location a few times and it's always empty - not sure why as the food is good. However, no one wants to be served food that is...

So my family enjoyed this restaurant several weeks ago and we have been excited to come back. There were two young girls that helped us the first time and they were so helpful and they filled our bowls and they were so knowledgeable about what we should get and made our experience pleasurable and the food was amazing. This time I came back with my daughter-in-law and grandbaby and I guess the owner was there. We walked in the door we were greeted with a “what’s u?” He proceeded to ask Which carb we wanted and did not ask which bowl we were even trying to get. He assumed that we wanted the second size one so my daughter-in-law got rice and he barely put any rice on the bottom and flattened it to the bottom of the ball. When he proceeded with mine he would take the vegetables in rather than give me the whole scoop he would take a scoop and just shake a couple of the vegetables off as you can see in my picture my bowl was not even half full. Very unhappy with this experience and I will not...
