Definitely not Italian at all, a charcuterie board that my friend ordered for the table -to share- looked like a cheap supermarket package one with salami, prosciutto, regular bread, cubes of munster cheese or american yellow cheese with green olives and pesto that looks like it was taken out of a jar and chopped tomato without dressing or preparation or anything, in addition to it, the portions were minimal, it is not suitable for sharing

Also they serve only two slices of bread with the food (instead of putting it as a centerpiece to share in which the dishes arrive) with nothing to wet/smear it

I decided to order my plate because it said that the pasta was homemade but my pasta didn't feel made either with love or knowledge (and I know it sounds harsh but I've eaten fresh homemade pasta from relatives and other small and large restaurants and they don't taste like this one at all), it had no flavor, nor the filling of the ravioli and much less the "vodka sauce" (it tasted just like a simple jar tomato sauce), and I can't speak for the dishes of the rest but I didn't see anyone eat all their food or praise it at all

In addition, the attention of the waitress could not be called attention, she leaves a lot to think about, she had the face of hating her job, and she only repeated like a parrot a booklet offering dishes; I know that there are many people who do not choose this career but I want to clarify that this particularly saddens me because I have been working in the restaurant industry for many years and I never allowed myself to give my costumers an empty or rude or inattentive treatment like this

I support and I consider that many fusion restaurants are wonderful but this is not even American-Italian, it is simply food made reluctantly

Honestly, it's a shame that such a well-located and beautifully decorated place has such terrible service and terrible food

I didn't choose the place but I kinda understand many of the bad reviews

PS: I don't put everything in 1 since at the end of the evening, a very friendly worker offered to take a group photo of us after seeing that we were struggling to get a good selfie so thank you very much beautiful and kind person 🤍

Update: My partner and I were sick to our tummies yesterday, I had acid reflux and he, you know, 👀🚾🪠 so 🤷
