I had called because I learned that the owner of the brickhouse owns Victoria house as well and I love their pot roast so I thought it would be made the same way. They said yes of course. I made a reservation and took my friend there for her birthday dinner to have the pot roast and then a piece of banana cheesecake. They brought out the pot roast and I immediately noticed it isn’t the same pot roast. It was horrible. Not freshly made but out of a bag so I hardly ate any of it. The waitress didn’t ask if anything was wrong. So I thought at least I had room for the banana cheesecake. The waitress came back asking if we wanted 1 check or 2. Didn’t ask if we wanted anything else. I asked her for dessert after she brought the check and found out they don’t even have that. It was actually a Valentine’s thing but yet it was still on their menu. So very disappointed. I will not be going back.

They need to update their menu to match what they actually have. Especially when you have to look it up online from the q reader on the table. We also had to ask if their were any specials because our waitress didn’t say that there were any. Victoria house is so so much better hands down.

UPDATE:

The owner responded to my post and stated if I wanted to further discuss more about my experience to email her/him. Well I did just that and of course I still haven’t heard a word back. I emailed her/him 55 minutes after their response and I haven’t heard zip from them. Doesn’t surprise me. She/he could care less!!! Reiterates my reasoning for not going back to that restaurant. Changed rating from a 2 to a 1 now. Good job owner for not giving a rats behind about someone’s experience!!

I gave her/him enough time to respond and she/he never did. Doesn’t surprise me AT ALL. Such poor customer service!!!!
