On 5/19 around 12:30pm I placed a carry out order for a Veg. Gumbo at 100 N LaSalle in Chicago and went back to my office to enjoy my food. However, in my first bite I tasted a grilled chicken (confirmed by a meat eater next to me). And I ended up throwing away my food.

I believe there are two ways the grilled chicken fell into my food.

  1. Though, I never asked for the grilled chicken I believe it fell into the pinto beans sitting right next to it while making previous orders and when I got pinto beans for my gumbo it fell into my food. Why would you guys keep meat next to vegetarian food items? Don't you care for people with allergies?

  2. When I was getting fajita's for my gumbo, I saw food crumbles in it so I asked the guy if it is still vegetarian. And he confirmed it was veg. I am wondering if the chef grilled fajita right after making grilled chicken and didn't clean the cooking area that left behind grilled chicken pieces and crumbles to be mixed with fajitas. Is this a good practice to make food? This contamination can take someones life.

I want you guys to pay little more attention to making veg food when the only thing it requires is separating meat from vegetarian items. I hope to get better treatment when I visit...

Thus was actually my first time at Qdoba.

One of the few places in the loop open the day after Thanksgiving. Thank you to the workers for being there, being pleasant, and feeding me.

The food was very good and prices reasonable for the loop. I had the 3 taco meal and tried the pork, chicken, and vegetarian. All were very good. My wife had the nachos. They too were very good and the queso was pleasantly more spicy than expected. She had it with pastor. Highly recommended.

They have the now almost standard Coke product 1,000 options machine. I appreciate the zero sugar fruit flavor options to add to zero sugar sodas.

Bonus points for keeping cholula original and Tabasco Jalapeno green hot sauces available. Also there are 2 pokestops you can reach from here provided you don't...

i work very close to the Qdoba at LaSalle and Washington and i am so glad that they are here - especially during this very cold Winter ! it is not only quick AND DELICIOUS - but when i walk in , i feel as if i am walking into the home of one of my relatives ! EVERY time i come in , the Manager , i am pretty sure that her name is “Berta” - she calls me by my name ! Not only that - but Berta leads by example because EVERYONE who works there is SO FRIENDLY AND SO NICE ! Also , when i am waiting in line , it is so very nice to see how kind that the employees are TO EACH OTHER as well as the customers ! It is such a welcoming experience that it feels like going to someone’s home . Please keep up the...

We ordered for takeout and loved being able to customize every part like extra cheese or with sauce on the side or a bowl or burrito. They also list it w a sticker so you can verify. Ingredients were fresh and they made my bowl just right. If you get the app you earn points which can add up nicely for free chips w guacamole for example. The only thing I really did not like? They added way too much salt to the chips. I had to dust off each chip full of salt. Next time I will add a note to give me a batch with no salt and I would rather put my own salt to taste bc the chips already come made with salt in the recipe before it’s deep fried.

I didn't like the service or the lack of assistance. We were trying to use the T-Mobile credit & the cashier was giving us instructions that weren't very useful, not to mention annoying & time-consuming. Despite the app & website messing up multiple times, he wouldn't simply apply the credit he knew was available, so I wound up paying for 2 meals, which was over $30!!! As far as the food goes, it was extremely salty, and no matter how you try to season the Impossible "meat", it's still very unappetizing to me. The taco salad didn't impress. There was no wow factor, so I'll stick to Chipotle. Their food looks, smells & tastes delicious!

I wanted to leave a review because of the great experience I had today 7/24/25. When I speak It can be frustrating to others due to my stuttering. It takes me longer to let people know what I want. The staff were so respectful and kind. I was able to get exactly what I wanted. I often feel embarrassed ordering because I hear staff laughing. At Qdoba I felt welcomed, I felt seen, I felt heard. Thank you for being so patient with me. By the way My food was so delicious and I can't wait to come back to this location.
