Undercooked pork, cold seasoned eggs, refrigerator cold fish cakes. The worst spicy pork ramen I have ever got out of there. I picked all the pork out of the ramen because it was still pink and chewy. I'm not sure how that happens with a slow cooked pork. I have no issue with spice. My wife's curry ramen was too spicy to even eat or enjoy. What a terrible experience. Please have the Albany location teach you guys how to cook your menu. I wish I could give 0 stars. My wife didn't eat hardly any of her ramen and the waiter took a plate of undercooked pork away and still got a full bill for everything. The chef should be ashamed for putting out that poor quality of food. From reading the other reviews it seems like you guys have a real issue sending out hot food. I had a bad experience the last time here and gave it another shot. You will not get another chance for my business and I strongly recommend others go somewhere else or go to the Albany location where they make the food right. There are plenty of ramen places around now. I would think the owner or chef would strive for a quality product. Obviously neither...
Read moreBartender/waitress was not pleasant at all. Extremely cold towards us. We sat at the bar and the restaurant was not busy. We travel full time and the ramen was not even sub par! The broth was extremely bland and not creamy at all. We both ordered the Tanpopo spicy ramen and added a bunch of extra toppings. The eggs were hard boiled!!! Supposed to be soft boiled!! Was not spicy at all. The noodles were cooked well and the chasu had some flavor. Those two items were the best out of the entire bowls which is hugely disappointing. We didn’t even finish the bowls. The takoyaki was sub par. Wasn’t hot when it was brought out. The spicy pork buns were probably the best thing we had here. This place had a high rating from ppl however it’s definitely not a place that I’d...
Read moreMan, this place was such a nice surprise! We just moved into that area and stopped over after doing some house work. The ramen was stellar, easily the best I've had in this area to date. I got the Tonkatsu Ramen and my wife got the miso with the added egg and corn. She loved it, the egg was flavored in, I think, Miso. Her ramen was full of flavor. Mine was fantastic as well, the broth was packed with tasty goodness, and that was easily some of the best pork slices I've had. We also got some apps as well. The gyoza were fried nice. Nice crispy bottoms, and I tried out the takoyaki. I've never had it before, but, it was certainly worth getting. Can't recommend this place enough. Definitely worth...
