What a great place to stop in, have a drink and some fantastic food! First off I want to acknowledge how impressed I was with the service! The friendliness off the employees, knowledge of the menu, making great suggestions and it was clear there is a positive atmosphere to work in. How do I know this? From the moment we walked in I observed team members working together, talking to one another and supporting the service in the dining room. Management must be doing something right! Well done team! Truly, take it from a Management and Leadership expert, what I observed was very good!! Now to the food. Very good. The garlic parm wings were suggested and some of the best I have ever had! My wife's Buffalo chicken salad she reported as quite good and my daughter's Buffalo chicken wrap...her words "bustin." My burger was good as well, lots of flavor, only criticism is it was overdone, even a little blackened. I'm sure if we were not looking to get back on the road and I asked to have it remade, they would have delighted in doing so. But that said, all around very satisfied and we will definitely return if sports bring us back out to Utica. Excellent...

Well, with tickets to a show next door I would have thought an hour and a half was enough time to eat. Waitress came to the table 40 minutes after eating our appetizer and says "I just checked on your meals, but the kitchen doesn't have any ticket for your order." She said that our order would be out in 5 minutes. We told her to box it up and that we didn't have time to eat it now. 13 minutes later she came with 2 boxed up dinners and apologized. Fine... things happen...I tried to show some grace. I didn't yell or chastise...but I really got a little upset when she brought the bill over to the table and said, "I didnt charge you for thr drinks." Now I'm not looking for a free meal, but really? A total of an hour and a half to get an appetizer and 2 boxed up meals to eat them hours later if at all (anything worse than soggy French fries?), and you comped me for a diet pepsi and a raspberry iced tea???
