We came here because of the reviews, but we are very disappointed. We actually didn’t finish our food and left. These were the worst eggs Benedict. Ingredients were basic and low quality like sweet Canadian bacon uncooked thrown under hard boiled eggs with some kind of sweet sauce. Sour cream instead of Greek yogurt in the feta fried rolls. That was totally tasting irrelevant and bad. The what they call Turkish Menemen eggs is not at all what it should be! Resulting immediate indigestion. Yes the spot is very well located. It’s nice sitting outside and enjoying the sun but I mean you can do that few restaurants further down. But disappointed we don’t recommend it. Note: we aren’t from Cyprus, my husband is Turkish from Istanbul and part of this review on the “tzatziki” and Turkish dish as he knows it very well. He is the one who ordered it. I ordered the eggs Benedict which were below good. I suggest accepting the review for improvement, as this restaurant is very pricey in relation to quality provided.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had the pleasure of dining at Olive and Thyme, and I can't rave enough about this gem! The fusion of Mediterranean flavors is nothing short of spectacular. I started with the Red Lentil Soup Bowl, which was incredibly rich and comforting—perfect for a period day. Then, I moved on to the Nourish Bowl, a colorful and fresh medley that truly invigorated my palate. The highlight of my meal was definitely the Greek Meatball Bowl, which was a delightful nod to traditional recipes but with a contemporary flair. What I particularly appreciated was the extensive selection of gluten-free options, making it accessible for everyone to enjoy. The ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive. If you're looking for a dining experience that celebrates Mediterranean cuisine in a fresh and exciting way, Olive and Thyme is a must-visit! Can't wait to return!

I agree with other posters- a Greek”ish” place, beautiful interior and ample outdoor seating. The service from order to exit was top notch- friendly and attentive. We ordered a Greek Frappe, Olive & Pita appetizer, Meatball Bowl (sans rice), Chicken Ranch Sandwich, and one piece of chocolate raspberry cake. They adjusted the sweetness of the coffee to my taste perfectly. The meatball bowl was good with the super fresh tomato/cucumber “salad”, but thought there should be more than 3 small meatballs for the dish price ($14). The chicken sandwich sadly was dry and disappointing, would try something different next time. Spent about $55 total. Would go back for the coffee and try some other dishes if we are in the area.

The food was good, but the service was terrible.

This was my second visit. The first time was fine, but this time (Jan 30th), I brought a friend, and the experience was completely different. There was also a different waitress than last time.

When we arrived, most tables were occupied, but at least five empty ones hadn’t been cleaned. The waitress, who was working alone, told us she would clean them. We waited at the entrance for few minutes, but it was too hot, so we decided to come in and sit at a table, as the sign said “Sit Yourself.”

As soon as we placed our belongings on the chair, the waitress suddenly yelled across the restaurant, “Don’t!” Startled, we explained that we were just setting our things down and that she could still clean the table. Feeling awkward, we stepped away to the bathroom. When we returned, the table was still dirty, so we decided to leave. As we were exiting, the same waitress followed us, upset that we were leaving. We explained that the tables still weren’t cleaned and that we didn’t feel welcome. She kept repeating that she was the only waitress, but why was she acting like it was our fault?

Despite everything, we decided to give the place one more chance. But because of how aggressive she had been, the whole situation was incredibly awkward—people at nearby tables were staring at us. When we returned to the table, the waitress approached us and, in a passive-aggressive tone, asked, “Well, do you want me to clean the table?!” The table was finally ready and we ordered, but the entire time, my friend and I were baffled by her hostility. Even if she was overwhelmed, that didn’t justify being rude to customers.

At the end, while paying, my friend tried to be polite and asked if she was okay. She said she was. Then, when I accidentally entered the wrong tip and asked how to fix it, she suddenly raised her voice at me: “Don’t press anything! What are you trying to do?!” It was shocking.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience was awful. At no point were we rude or impatient, yet we were treated terribly by...

Our meal consisted of a cheeseburger, 6 Greek wings as an appetizer, shrimp skewer meal, and a salmon meal. We waited for an hour and 15 minutes for the food to come out, and when it did, all of it was cold. At no point in time during that hour did waitress even come by the table to check on us. All our drink were empty. The table to the right of us told their waiter that they were leaving in two minutes as they’ve been waiting for over an hour and a half, five minutes later they got up and left and the reply from there waiter was “this is not your fault” at which point the gentleman looked like he was going to get physical. The table afford to the left of us also got their check after drinks and left before their food can come out, not sure how long they were waiting, but they were there before my party of three arrived. Additionally, the portion of salmon was approximately 3 ounces, and severely overcooked, despite being cold when it was brought out. For $30, it’s a bit much. I don’t generally write reviews, but feel it necessary to share this experience. Just over $100 for...
