Go Bananas Beverage & Smoothie Bar — Restaurant in College Park

Let me start by saying, my visit to Go Bananas was refreshing to my mind , body and spirit and soul. I say that because, I've been to several more smoothie shops but the folks at Go Bananas embraced us like family. I came with my husband and our two autistic grandkids. And if you are familiar with autistic children, you know how they can sometimes be a handful 😉. But the nice young lady behind the counter helped me to decide on which one of their delicious bowls or smoothies my babies would like. We chose the Feeling Tropical smoothies for them, and I tell you they both love it ! Once they calmed down I was able to see what my husband and I wanted. We had a few samples but it still was hard to choose from the wide variety of refreshments they had to offer. My husband decided to get the Matcha smoothie , and the Mango Madness bowl plus the Felling Green for later. I got a Feeling Green for later on too, plus a Acai bowl with everything I wanted to add to it. Of course I had to have one of those delicious smoothies too. I got the Banana Mama. It was so so good. I had to do a review on Go Bananas because now I have a new place to bring my family where it's clean, excellent service and hospitality and the food is good and fresh. I read the reviews about this new black owned business that everyone is talking about. And I found one review that I personally found to be all lies. When people write such mean things towards a black owned or any business or maybe their competitors it's just sad. I'm glad that I have a mind of my own andI didn't let that stop me fron going over to Go Bananas to see for myself. I'm so happy I did or I could have missed out on one of the best experiences ever. All I can say is I pray for whoever has time to sit down and write such negative and mean things about those people and their great business at Go Bananas and I tell you, my experience and my families experience was a great one. ☣️TO FIND BROKEN PLASTIC IN MY SMOOTHIES IS BIZARRE!!☣️

This is not my first time coming here the first time was very pleasant but this last time NEVER AGAIN..I came in for 2 smoothies the gentlemen that made my smoothie took a while to make my smoothies but I wasn't complaining when I got home we noticed a piece of plastic in one of the smoothies didn't really think much of it but when it came to the other smoothie it was plastic in that one as well so we immediately stopped drinking them I tried multiple times to reach out to the owner but never got a proper response and tried to give them a generous amount of time for them to respond but to my surprise no answer so now it's time for this review if you knew you messed up and broke a blender and still proceeded to serve it to the customer you just really didn't care and if I would have sustained bodily injuries this would have reached a different level⚖️ BE MINDFUL OF HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS!!
