VERY POOR SERVICE !!!! My order was not complete. After driving up there waiting for my food spent my hard earned money and time. Then to get home and find out my order wasn't even complete. I called asked for the manager she did not have very good communicating skills.
#1 She was Not able to speak much English , or understand everything I was telling her. This lady was named Gabriella/Gabby who had the nerve to hang up on the phone call after asking for the GM . She is Not Professional Management material. I honestly could not believe this poor Mgmt communication. Then she turns on their fax machine to not answer the phone line after hanging up. She took title role as the manager of this location and did a very poor job . Then I call once more a young man then answers who does answer and said he was an employee only .Refuses to give his name then completely can't give any correct or spelling about the GM not even the number. Fax machine once again comes back on. Totally Unprofessional. That's why this place won't last long....... 👍
PLEASE PASS this Taco Bell up unless you know how to speak Spanish. This place will take your money and time and will not give you your full order. I will make sure that my friends and family and co-workers and all my social media friends. Know about how unprofessional this...
Read moreThis location makes my life so difficult because I love Taco Bell and you guys are making it impossible to have a positive experience. Unfortunately this is the one closest to where we live. I actually make bets to myself that you will get my order wrong when I drop by and I kick myself for giving you the benefit of the doubt. And when I ask you to correct my order you tell me to come back tomorrow because you can’t authorize a refund? This must be a joke. I love Taco Bell, but the service here is a case study for major major incompetence. Maybe the drive through tech is just terrible - that would be the simplest solution. Management change is probably a much needed move…the customer service (or lack there of) was downright ridiculous
I needed some sour cream and they never said a word to me except how much it was…then the line cook was IRRITATED because she had to put some sour cream one pump in two little cups…man what a travesty having to do one tiny extra thing…
Yall need to do better, and bring in people that take pride in their work..i understand It’s “fast food” but that’s no excuse to act like a miserable person..it’s not anyone fault you are where you are..
