Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Collierville

This is my favorite zaxby’s im used to fresh food and great customer service but that is changing. In the past 4 days I’ve visited the same location twice. My first visit, the cook looked crazy when i asked for my chicken tenders to be replaced because they were very small even for zaxby’s. I immediately asked for a refund because i just dont play like that with my food 🤷🏽‍♀️ especially when i cant SEE you preparing it. Today i got off work stopped again almost $12 for a big zax snax fried looked like they was holding on for dear life i didnt make a big deal but when i got to my car and bit a chicken tender that was barely warm i couldn’t take that. The chicken was hard to eat from the toughness. The fries were horrible! See pic for yourself. This isn’t my first time receiving subpar fries, but I never posted because No restaurant is perfect. However, the short haired older lady was very rude, and unconcerned with why I was unhappy with my meal. I came in polite and even offered to pay for the drink that I did not turn back in. She literally brushed me off and told someone else to do it, she said she couldn’t refund, she didn’t know what I said other than I wanted my money back in such a negative tone. I went after work 8/14/2025 ordered a Cobb salad I was told to move to the white line I waited 20 mins still not ready I then called and the manager said your food is coming out now I’m trying to get my crew in order I said ok I waited 15 mins more mins still no salad this was 35 mins I finally went to the drive thru window the manager said we’re u the one who called and she said u want a refund I said I want my food she wouldn’t refund back to my card just gave me cash and then found out my salad was never made the manager never apologized nothing !!!!
