Never in my life have I had an experience like I did today. I placed an order at Saigon landing using their website. I arrived at the time I was instructed to arrive via the text message from the resturant telling me it would be ready. The man who I presume is the owner began yelling at me that they didn't have any take-out orders rude and arrogantly. I walked out to my car to remove myself from the situation and pulled up my credit card statement on my phone showing the charge. I walked back in, to show him I had been charged and ask for a refund. He then screamed at me that I went out to place the order from my car and that I lied pointing out the time stamp on his receipt that said 12:51. I showed him the time stamp on my receipt which shows 12:21 was when I ordered it and the man continued yelling at me saying 12:51 and pointing at his receipt. He also refused to refund my purchase when I asked him to cancel because, obviously, they have an issue on their side with their online orders, and i don't have time to wait around for the food to be cooked. I'll take it up with my credit card company however I am astonished at the rudeness and arrogance of this man and this place.

Never will I order from this place, eat here, or give them a dime of my money. That is not the way you treat people after you make a mistake. STAY AWAY this...

Holy smokes! I did not expect this restaurant to be so amazing. We were looking for a restaurant with clean and FRESH food In Evergreen yesterday. We went from restaurant to restaurant looking at menus and decided to go to Saigon Landing. When we walked in, We were the only people in the restaurant. Naïvely we thought this might be a bad sign. We ordered sweet-and-sour chicken, edamame, and shrimp lettuce cups. What we received blew our minds. We thought we would receive standard issue Chinese takeout style dishes that were wilted, dry, overly sweet and greasy. On the contrary, everything we received was moist, completely fresh, crispy, and so very delicious! About 15 minutes in, the restaurant started to fill up… Obviously. Our waiter was excellent, he was attentive and knew the food very well. The owner was gracious and came to our table to say hello, seeing that we were new in the area. And the atmosphere was great. It would be nice to see the baby grand piano being used, as last night was Saturday night. The space of the restaurant is well decorated, and has terrific views. I’m pretty sure Saigon Landing has been around for about 25 years and there are signs of wear and tear, but still a great restaurant. My husband and I live in Connecticut, but we come to Colorado frequently for his work, and we plan to keep Saigon landing as a regular...

I was well pleased when I walked through the door. I had been wanting to eat here for months, and I finally got out of the house to go eat there. The place was clean, very well kept, and I was impressed by the decor. The food was absolutely amazing, and I was surprised at the selections they offered. However, my experience was dampered by our waiter. He seemed kind at first, however the service he provoded was horrible. Not once did he check on my date and I, and we were slightly disoriented when he practically ignored my date and his order. He got his food, nonetheless, but no drink, despite him really wanting a Sprite. Due to the numerous examples of poor waitering, my date and I came to the decision we wouldn't leave a tip. I don't do this normally; only if our service is very dissatisfactory. We left the restaurant after eating, and my date forgot something, so we went back inside. Our waiter came out of the back with our checkbook, flipping it open and angrily asking why we didn't leave him a tip. I felt cornered, and I couldn't just say that his service was sub-par. We left the restaurant shaken and dissatisfied, and we do not...

Disgusting and overpriced Chinese food. I saw maybe three Vietnamese meals on the menu but the majority were Chinese dishes. The waiter also didn't bother telling me that lunch portions are NOT served during the weekends, so I got the unfortunate surprise of getting ringed up for what I saw on the menu was a $14 meal for $20+. I did NOT come for Chinese food but wanted to go with something cheaper and not greasy (pho was $18+). The pad thai is absolutely disgusting. Besides the overcooked shrimp, what was the orange goop sauce? I couldn't even tell you. Not a drop of flavor, just stickiness. As a lover of Thai and Vietnamese food, this place's prices are absurd for food that can't be remotely considered Vietnamese. Oh, and the restroom has two toilets with a wooden divider but no stall doors. Is the expectation really to share the restroom with another customer? There was also a loud, annoying, rolling tray-holding robot. It's great to help the elderly server but myself and the three other parties that came had to turn around and figure out where the absurdly high-pitched "nyan" voice was coming from.

I’m posting this in hopes that Saigon will work on their customer service and solution oriented service. “There’s a bug in the fan *points to fan spinning* it fell down from the fan… there’s nothing wrong with the kitchen.” I looked up and saw another bug flying behind him. “Yeah see, bugs nothing wrong with the kitchen.” I get it, there’s bugs, but the unprofessionalism, lack of apology and no solution is uncalled for. My friend was the one who said “yeah we’re not paying for that.” The waiter said ok, comes back with the check, “I crossed it out, you pay for the spring roll and your pho…” *pause*… *stare* “okay!?” … “ok” Why do you have to stress, there’s nothing wrong with the kitchen? All we said was “there’s a bug in the pho” and showed it to the waiter.
