Where do I start? First off, I ordered online so that I could just go and pick it up quickly. I waited a couple minutes after it was supposed to be ready to go inside to pick it up and when I did, it wasn’t ready yet. I didn’t think much because I don’t mind waiting a couple of minutes for them to make it. However, it’s still not ready and it’s been about 25 minutes since it was “supposed” to be ready. There are 5 total workers there right now, and only one is making sandwiches, 1 is making bread, and one is waiting to take orders. I couldn’t tell you what the other two are doing but it doesn’t seem to be very much. My order was very simple, even a child could probably make it in under a minute. So glad I paid $18 for them to make me sit there for 25 mins while they did nothing. I had to go up and ask them if my order was ready and some random worker from the back said “here it is”. I wonder how long my order has been ready for? I also am unsure if these people were even trained. They just handed me the sandwiches, no bag, had me get my own chips myself, and i got a notification that my order was ready like 5 minutes after I already had it in my possession, quite odd. I wish I could say I wouldn’t order from here again, but it is the closest one to me. I guess i’ll just order an hour in advance next time, which is just inconvenient. Read moreI cannot even explain the frustration that this store has caused me today. Today I decided to place an online order for delivery because I’ve had multiple bad experiences with ordering for pick up from this location. After placing my order I waited approximately an hour before my food arrived, which was fine. Once I opened the bag I saw that I only received one sandwich when I had ordered two. So I called the store where they preceded to tell me that I could not get my missing sandwich delivered but they could give me credit it or I could come pick it up. So even though I paid for the delivery fee I drove and went and picked up my sandwich. After returning with my sandwich, we opened the one that they actually did send and it turned out they sent the completely wrong sandwich. So I then had to go back to the store for a second time when I already paid for a delivery fee and get a new sandwich made. They did not even offer me any sort of compensation for all of these mistakes. Now I feel like I have just wasted my time and money on this store. Not to mention that both time I walked into the store there were 5 workers with only 2 actually working or making sandwiches. Also there was no one else there ordering food so I feel like it is not that hard to put the correct number of sandwiches and the actually correct orders into a bag. Read moreI usually love Jimmy Johns sandwiches but I had a negative experience at this location. In the delivery instructions I asked the driver to ring the doorbell, knock, or call me when they arrived; they did none of these and put the sandwich in a difficult to see place so I did not know they had delivered it for an hour after I ordered. Then I noticed that the sandwich was missing tomatoes, was not cut in half as I requested, and did not include a pickle which I paid for or napkins which I requested. I tried calling 5 times and no one picked up until the 5th time. The person over the phone was not very considerate and asked what I would like them to do about the issue. I asked for them to re-deliver the correct sandwich order and the pickle, and to again let me know when they arrived. They again did not alert me when they arrived. The second time, the sandwich and the pickle were there, but the sandwich was poorly wrapped, very sub-par in its ingredients, and the bread tasted under-baked; I could barely finish it.
