I don't know why I torture myself and visit this location. Oh yeah, it's the closest to me, but after my last visit, I'm done. We had two separate orders and we didn't have to wait very long, but when I handed the second order to the back seat, she quickly realized that her small order of onion chips was missing. So we entered the line again and when when got to the window and I advised the young man working the window that the small onion chips where missing, his demeanor changed. He said I'm the one that put them in your bag, but if you just want more just say so. I was offended. There was a large order of them in order one, but none in order two. He basically accused me of lying and when I asked for the manager he said he was. I was so furious I told me friend she needed to speak to him. He then told her that he saw them being placed into the bag by his staff. So which was it. I even offered to hand him the bags so he could see for himself, he refused. He was probably so stoned he didn't know if he did or his staff did as the whole place smelled of weed when he opened the window. I asked him why we didn't get the $7.99 deal that was on the sign. He said you should of told us that you wanted the deal and I said that's not right. To say they are short staffed is an understatement. But with all that said, they never told me it would be a while before it got done. I was charged my money and at that point I had no choice but to sit and wait, if I'd have know it would take a total of 35 minutes from the time of placing the order to get my food I would have never gone there. Not to mention the prices online are more expensive then the prices in store, for example, $3.19 for a 6 piece chicken ring online or $2.99 for a 10 piece in store.
