Toppers Pizza — Restaurant in Concord

I tried this place for the first time yesterday and got some reg cheese Stix with extra cheese, and they did not disappoint. Not only is the food really good but I waited maybe less than 10 minutes from the time of walking into the facility to the time that I got my order which is great. I'm giving it five stars because the food and the service was great however when you get a large box of stix, I'm not sure the quantity probably 24 maybe I don't know I didn't count I just started eating. Anyway, you guys got to Shell out at least three dipping sauces, because one is not enough for all of those. That would be my first downfall I'm sure that you guys offer more at an additional price and that's fine but I assumed it came with more than one for the quantity that I was given, so I will take partial blame for that. Lol. One more thing is to sign up for your rewards, it takes you through this process and once you complete it for me at least, it took me back to the main page and then automatically took me to an error page. And I said it was unable to sign me up. That was a bummer because I plan to come back but what good is to have a rewards program if you can even get the rewards.... My family and I were so excited to try their pizza for the first time. What a disappointment. The tot pizza was borderline burnt as the entire top was an unappetizing brown. All of the food was cold despite us living close to the restaurant. The delivery driver laid our pizzas on the ground in front of our door instead of placing it in the chair next to the door. They didn’t even ring our doorbell to let us know they arrived. My husband had a tip in his hand but by the time he opened the door, the delivery driver had made a dash back to his car. He never got his tip. Unfortunately, my hungry children had to deal with this terrible pizza for dinner. We were looking forward to trying more of their speciality pizzas but after this experience we will likely not be back and will be sure not to recommend. BURNT PIZZA I know they're just opening and we got free pizza on their soft opening and every Pizza we had was burnt to a crisp.Topperstix we're good... except they need to let people know that on the garlic cheezystix they use real chopped up pcs of garlic. Hopefully we'll try it again later and they'll have their stuff together.
