I had an interesting story there, I came specifically for cookies. First, only a single person was able to speak English and give little answers to questions, he was good but others were not helping. Secondly, all sweets - cookies etc, were looking delicious, however, I later figured out that they must have being there since the shop was opened, meaning they were, not just rock hard but steel hard, you can use them to hammer in nails. (Ok, may be its not on them but ...) after I paid for everything, while getting back, I was almost being frauded twice, one a bank noticication that transaction was being rejected and another one that worked and I had to deal with a bank for a bit so solve it. First time here and I had a Really bad experience, the lady seemed annoyed and with a bad attitude, whenever I asked something she answered with attitude and made me feel like I was stupid. I ordered some consomé and barbacoa, then I asked for a tray because I wanted to grab some bread, and she was like “in front of you, you don’t see them?” and there was nothing, instead of offering a tray she just ignored me. Then, I asked for a large champurrado and she ignored me again, she didn’t give me anything and she was rude all the time. Placed an order for a birthday cake(wife's birthday)three days ago and was to pick up the cake today at a specific time. Got here and no cake without an explanation. Waited because they told me it was coming from Aurora. Well, 45min later and no cake. Asked for my money back and the only thing they said to me was "sorry" I was hoping that they would find another way to correct their error and offer another cake from the display and /or get a discount but no.
