I don’t usually leave reviews, let alone negative ones, but the service at this Subway was so disappointing that I felt it needed to be said. From the moment I walked in, it was clear the staff had no interest in being there, let alone providing decent customer service. Multiple employees were working, yet no one acknowledged the customers in line. Instead, they moved slowly, gave attitude when asked basic questions, and seemed more interested in chatting with each other than actually preparing food. When I finally did get to place my order, it felt like I was inconveniencing them just by being there. At one point, I watched them get visibly irritated with another customer who was simply trying to clarify their order. That kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in any customer-facing business. Subway seriously needs to address the quality of service at this location. Until then, I won’t be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else waste their time or money here either.

The whole process of making a sandwich was just unbelievably rude as her facial expressions and tone were nasty and disrespectful. Upon paying for my sandwich, I tried to use a coupon which she said she could not process because it had already been used. I had received that coupon in the mail earlier in the day so there is no way it could have been used. I asked her if there were other alternatives such as maybe ordering online to which she just said “what?! The coupon doesn’t work!” I tried using the coupon online and low & behold the coupon was working!

Read moreThis was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food restaurant. Both women at the counter were very rude and disrespectful. The food was cold and at first they told me know that they wasn’t going to remake my order. I continue trying to explain before they said some things in another language, which I believe was about me, as they giggled a monks each other. My bread was left unattended for over several minutes as they call security on me for no apparent reason. When security arrived on the scene. Nothing was even said to them by the staff. The security guy even asked what was the purpose of them coming over here. They finally made the sandwich after 15 minutes of sitting there.
