Yikes. This place is…sad to say the least. Upon arriving, after I had placed a pickup order after work, I got there and they had not even started preparing my order. 15 minutes later I finally get my food and sit down. It’s cold and soggy. The calzone was chewy and disgusting. The service was horrible as well. I was told “you’ll get a text when your order is ready” by a guy that was super rude in general. Overall not impressed in the least bit. You can find better calzones ANYWHERE else. Also not to mention they close their lobby by 1-1:30 even though they say their lobby is closed by 2. I’ve tried them once before around 12:45 and they told me their lobby would be closing in 15 minutes. If you’re open until 3, why are you closing your lobby by 1? Would not recommend to anyone. Get better employees without an attitude when you talk to them and don’t sit there on their phone/games while...

I like the food, I really do. I walked in at 2:30 and before I ordered got told the restaraint would close in 10 minutes. I've had my experience running different late night spots, but I wouldn't even think about telling someone to rush an order 30 minutes before a listed closing time. The same employee who told me they'd close early even locked the door around me. They said it was so no one else would order

This is an update I've never been this embarrassed. I got to my car in front if the store. I looked at my food in front of the store, before I even opened it, a police officer picking up his meal had to be allowed into the building by an employee. As a vegan I was excited to see this place had vegan options. We are new to the area and the state of Texas. I’ve had this place a few times so far. The first order was the calzone and the stix.. I wasn’t too fond of the calzone as it definitely lacked in flavor and the cheese was not melted but could be someone else’s cup of tea but the restaurant was definitely redeemed by the vegan stix.. I ordered once and it was missing the seasoning on top and ordered another time and the garlic sauce was missing.. I called in my order and mentioned this and the staff most certainly went above and beyond to make it right which felt really good that a restaurant in today’s time cares like that.
