Fuzzy's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Denton

They always close before midnight, even when I'm here well before, even though their posted hours are til midnight. Honestly so annoying. UPDATE Decided to give them another shot, so my boyfriend and I went back because we were really craving it and didn't want to leave campus (huge mistake). I got my usual shrimp quesadilla and him a pork burrito. Service was slow yet again; we had to wait 47 minutes for our food (I timed it) and it wasn't even rush hour (around 3:30-4:00). Finally we received our food only be severely disappointed. My "shrimp" quesadilla had literally 5 shrimp and his pork burrito was cold as ice. The cheese inside of it wasn't even melted. That was the final straw. I will not be returning to this location as they have done nothing but disappoint. They are seriously lacking in all areas, so I can't even begin to suggest what to improve first. If you're thinking about eating here, don't even waste your time. Just don't. It's well worth the drive to the other Fuzzy's, which I will choose...

I’m really not happy to rate this low, but I have to. I was very disappointed with the food I had today. I ordered a Grilled Steak Burrito Bowl and it arrived cold. The rice was hard, undercooked, like just some cold water put in it, and it was overly salty. The meat was very different from what I’ve had before, and overall the meal was awful, I couldn’t finish it and ended up staying hungry the whole day. I hope this feedback is taken seriously. Please put more effort into food quality because customers shouldn’t have to feel sick or go without a proper meal after paying. I’ve had burritos at many places, and unfortunately this wasn’t even close in comparison. Since I had already spent my meal money, I couldn’t get anything else, which made the experience even more frustrating. Lol everyone is complaining about wait time and pricing! So at least 300 people come in everyone hour! It’s a college!! And speaking of college, isn’t everything always expensive at a college! These are college students working hard as they can to serve other ungrateful college students. Everyone needs to chill! If you’re coming in here expecting for your food to be done in 2 minutes after ordering it then you’re gonna be highly disappointed!! Also people forget that fuzzys isn’t fast food, it’s a restaurant! And perhaps fuzzys isn’t for u, u should try Burger King where u can have it your way! Go get angry at them instead!
