A couple co-workers and I stopped by this restaurant to eat since it was close by and we had only an hour lunch break. This was Friday 09/10/2021 around 1 PM. It was not too busy, but the service was very slow. It took almost 10 minutes before our waitress, Michelle, came by to get our drink orders. Also, there were no menus as one was expected to scan the bar code with their cell phone which did not work very well. Once we got our food orders in, our waitress was nowhere to be found. I really was thirsty from working out in the record breaking heat. I needed a refill on my lemonade. It took about 15 minutes before she came around to refill my drink. It also took a while for our food to come out as well. My colleagues ordered tacos which is supposed to be a food item that takes the least amount of time to prepare. In addition, when my burger came out, I was given an almost empty bottle of ketchup for my fries. When I ran out and asked the waitress for additional ketchup, she gave me some unknown brand of ketchup packets. The ketchup came out very watery and seemed like the packets had been very old. When it came time to close-out, the waitress did not split the check for us even though my colleague Alan had asked her to do before we ordered. Our waitress made the excuse that the computer was not working. After much frustration among I and my co-workers, Alan went back up to her and asked her to just void everything and do separate checks. It took her about 10 minutes, but she finally split it into two separate checks. We were almost late for work. Even though Michelle was very nice and apologetic, it seemed that there was a lack of situational awareness, sense of urgency, and not any understanding of how the POS systems work... Moreover, it did not seem like she even asked for help from her colleagues... Would strongly urge this establishment to work on these issues with her and even all of their staff. All and all, I can say that we will not eat at this establishment again...

So the only thing good here was the drink I ordered the 3 street asada tacos and they came with bellpepper, onion, and piecies of jalapeño on it with a green sauce. This is not authentic there was no choice of sauce. Also the beans and rice was not authentic it was a cup of black beans and a strange stack of orange rice cute but I didn't eat it. Then my bill was ran at first for 48.00 but the bill itself said 42.00 I questioned it he said he doesnt know how that happened then ran my card again for 42.00. He basically took 90.00 from me saying the other should refund it was terrible service. Basically if you want tv American mexican food your better off going to Qdoba or Chipotle this food is too expensive and not good.
