Ninja-Ramen — Restaurant in Denver

I’m so excited about Ninja Ramen’s new location! They started as a food truck, so having a physical spot now with access to their delicious food every day is such a treat. You can order ahead online or when you arrive, and there’s seating both inside and outside. We had our dog with us, so we sat outside and had a great experience.

Hiro and Midori are incredibly kind and clearly passionate about delivering high-quality, truly authentic Japanese food, which I deeply appreciate as someone who is Japanese. In a time when Japanese food has become trendy and often watered down, it’s rare to find a place that cares so much about getting it right. They even bring in alkaline water every other day because Japanese water is softer than typical U.S. water, and they want their ramen broth to taste just like it does in Japan. That kind of attention to detail is rare!!

We recently discovered that Ninja Ramen now has a homebase location that’s open most days of the week—and we couldn’t be more excited! We’ve loved them for a while, but having a permanent spot to visit makes it even better.

Their vegetarian options are some of the best around—especially the vegan ramen, edamame, and vegetable spring rolls. Everything is high-quality, authentic, and absolutely delicious. You can tell that real care goes into every dish.

On top of the great food, the service is always friendly and welcoming. This is a locally owned small business run by incredible people who clearly love what they do—and it shows.

My husband and I have eaten here twice now. The food is incredible. I’m vegetarian and the veggie ramen has SO much flavor. The description doesn’t do it justice. My husband is a meat eater and there was so much food he had to take leftovers home. The veggie gyozas are lovely and very fresh. We have eaten in the small lobby both times and if the food wasn’t worth it, the staff would be. They are so kind and thoughtful. I would recommend ordering online ahead of time so you can ring the doorbell and have food ready to go when...
