It’s 2024, you can’t screw up both of my orders, keep the money and then make absolutely no effort to correct anything. That total disregard for customer satisfaction doesn’t work anymore as we have too many ways to warn your future customers about your behavior. Polite society doesn’t tolerate that old school management style of simply not caring about your customers.

I called this restaurant before leaving this review to give them a chance to make it right. My options were to drive BACK there, or they’ll just try harder next time. In other words, “we’re keeping the money anyway because we know you’re not driving back here”. They literally don’t give you what you pay for…and then keep your money.

I came and picked up my order and also gave them a tip as a sign of good faith. I incorrectly assumed that they gave me what I paid for. That’s regrettable now because they didn’t deserve my payment and they don’t care at all when they screw it all up.

Everyone (except for you) knows that the choices are; make the customer happy, or get terrible reviews all over the internet. It’s weird that you chose the second. Good...

I was killing time because I got stood up for collecting Christmas decorations and we decided to have breakfast at Pete's. I haven't been there in years, but I kept tabs on them because a good breakfast place is hard to find. the restaurant menu is short but complete. with the usual Greek dishes in addition to the US faire. I got the standard two eggs over easy with link sausage , potatoes and rye toast. coffee and water my friend got the Greek inlet and her 2 year old son got an adult size bowl of oatmeal, which he attacked with enthusiasm. the coffee was spot on and all the meals disappeared quickly. We got a top notch waitress, college age with dyed red hair on the front half of her head and black dyed hair in the back not out of place for a university cafe. and frankly to much normal makes me nervous. it was a great meal in a great friendly, efficient atmosphere. and our waitress brought the check quietly with the comment that she knew people with kids sometimes had to leave fast. Respectful and efficient. go when you want good food, good service, at...

Good combo plate, yet they only give you two small pieces of pita bread to sop up w/. W/the amount of lamb and veggies, there's no way two little pieces of pita will do. Always have to ask for more and they charge extra which is probably by design knowing that there's not enough pita.

Just be sure you don't walk elsewhere coming out of the cafe as the tow truck drivers, who have an arrangement, as in quid pro quo, w/the owner/mgr of Pete's will take your car. Watched as a woman having lunch w/her son at Mustard's Last Stand on the outside patio had her car towed. She was outraged and brought it to the attention of the heavy set mgr of Pete's who yelled at her. We watched this scene unfold as we sat outside Pete's a few summers ago. The words coming out of this guy's mouth were mean-spirited and did nothing to appease this woman's anguish at seeing her car be towed away. Based on witnessing this encounter w/my husband, we've rarely been back to Pete's and were regular customers...

I cannot believe I have never been to this brunch place before. All these years in Denver and I never thought about coming here. I always went to Jelly’s on the other side of campus. And I can say for sure that I love this so much more. It’s my ideal cozy local brunch place with a wide range of options at very reasonable prices. I thought the portions were plentiful and satisfying. There’s ample indoor and outdoor seating. I have already been there twice within two weeks and I definitely plan to come back soon!

Denver University area cafe with a Greek slant. The Denver omelet was well cooked and a large portion. The potatoes that came with it were good but could have used a little seasoning. Several other options sounded tempting. Service was fast and friendly. The space itself is divided into two rooms giving a less crowded feeling when full. There was no Wi-Fi available. Parking can be difficult much of the time but was readily available at 7 am on a Sunday.

Came in for the first time since I went to DU 20 years ago with my 3 year old daughter, was so pleased to see it’s still around and thriving! The owner Dean took great care of us, and Tiffany is still serving up wonderful service and took great care of us, the menu is fantastic and won’t break the bank either like some other breakfast spots. Thanks Dean and Tiffany for a great experience!
