Subway — Restaurant in Dothan

This is one of the ultra-rare shops that still has the Seafood and Crab sandwich ... But ... It was a bit of a disappointment. The sandwich was very dry and I had to add two Mayo packs to my 6-inch Sub to make it palatable.

My sister managed a few Subway's, so I happen to know the Seafood and Crab salad ingredients are (besides the meat) Mayo and a bit of Old Bay Seasoning. That's it.

This had so little Mayo, the chunks of meat weren't sticking together and there was no Old Bay at all. The meat was fresh and tasted fine, but I didn't get the experience I had missed for so long.

I didn't try to explain this to the girl who made my sandwich, it's not her problem. She was very congenial, made an awesome sandwich and did it with a smile. I ordered double meat and got just that.

Shop was clean as a whistle. I hope the owner's see this review and adjust the recipe. I must give them kudos just for still carrying my favorite Subway sandwich. The corporate fools cancelled it years ago and only certain stores still have it. It is up to the franchisee if they want to or not.

Next time, I'll bring my own Old Bay and ask for extra Mayo!

The three stars is no reflection on the store or sandwich maker whatsoever, BOTH where great. It's about the Seafood and Crab salad not being done correctly according to the original recipe. I really miss...

Purchased two sandwiches on the evening of 1/24. While the sandwiches were being made, cash was being handled, and then, using the same gloves they handled cash with, the employees would make the sandwiches. To top it off, one of the employees brushed her hand over her hair and wiped her mouth with the same gloved hand that was making the food. It's clear the employees had no regard for cleanliness and sanitation, and that's a reflection of the location's management and owners. If they practice such poor cleanliness at the counter, imagine what's going on behind the scenes. I threw the sandwiches in the garbage when I arrived home, and I won't return to this location. I just hope that a few folks read this and realize that a food business that has such lax sanitation practices shouldn't be worthy of their business. Update (2/23)-it's especially telling when the management doesn't even bother to respond to the sanitation concerns of their restaurant. It's clear that they just don't care, and don't even bother to offer an apology or a promise to look into it. Do yourself a favor-stay away from...

I went into the subway earlier and tamika and Tay were AYMAYZING ! They were super polite . I stopped going I there because employees were rude , my husband and I decided to go there today and it's been the best experience we've had . They both were super friendly , I don't ever tip at this subway , but I had to tip them . They're BOTH the best workers there , honestly. We won't be going in unless they're the ones working. I thought they would be rude like every other employee , I was surprised when they weren't. They made it a great experience for me . I highly recommend going in when they're there if you want the best customer service. Super friendly girls ! Wish we went to eat inside , but our kidds were sleeping and we went in...
