Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Duarte

This was all around just bad. I’m not too sure if the assistant manager on duty 4/21/24 6:40 really knew how to solve my issue. I had ordered on the app to expedite everything and perfect no issues there. I pick up and pizza take it back to where I am staying at and my girlfriend eating the pizza got to the crust and told me hey there is no stuff crust in the pizza. So honestly I was just going to say okay whatever doesn’t matter. Then I get my slice and I get a piece of bone in my pizza. You tell me how I am not sure. I showed my girlfriend and she felt how hard it was.At that point I decided to call the store and I had asked for a manager and he said he was the assistant. I tell him about the bone and the wrong crust. He says bring it back and we will remake it. I went back and i showed him the bone and tried to play it off as hard ham. I know when you bite hard ham or when you bite bone, those two are not that easy mix up. So he offered a refund and I said yes but it had seem too difficult for him to process because it was an app order which I get I work in the fast food industry. I told him just remake it because it seemed to be easier for him. I do not wait a very long time but for the remake and upon him showing me the remake I noticed he still didn’t get the crust correct. Dropped my rating from 3 down to 1 star. My recent visit today was disappointing. Unfortunately, all of the pizzas available were cold. I brought this to the cashier's attention, but the replacement pizzas were also cold. Additionally, I was charged for Crazy Bread sauce but did not receive the Crazy Bread itself. When I finally received the Crazy Bread, it was also cold. This required two separate transactions to rectify. I hope to see significant improvements in food quality and staff training in the future.
