Sitting here now at the bar. It took for me to yell "Excuse me" for the bartender to come to me. She passed me by many many times, but made eye contact several times. At first I said okay maybe she is helping others. Than she did dishes three times. Finally when she came back with more dishes I had to say something otherwise I would still be waiting. The causian couple who sat next to me got immediate service within one minute - I waited 7 minutes, I'm just saying. Not making it racial but I do feel some type of way when she looked at me so many times and never said anything, not even I'll be within you shortly. Hopefully the food is good. Looks good but not much shrimp for $13

Arooga’s is only of my favorite restaurants. If this one was closer to me I’d go all the time. It’s very vegetarian friendly with multiple options including being the only place I know of that has vegan wings which I love. I wish they still had the Nashville faux hot chicken sandwich because that was my favorite, they still have the regular one for non-veg people. My favorite app is the BIG pretzel it’s great to share. This location has big booths, as well as bar stool tables. I love their environmental efforts like the ethically sourced tables. Each time we’ve come the staff has been friendly, quick and very helpful with the menu.

WHAT?!?! NO SEAFOOD NACHOS!?!? Would of been 5 stars. Everytime we come here we order the Seafood Nachos. And just about every time our server tells us something along the lines of... "Great choice! Everyone orders them" or something similar. So we come here tonight and ask our server where are the Seafood Nachos?! She tells us, "I know... Everybody loved them." So I say, "So why would you take them off the menu"? She said, " this is a franchise... So the decision was made elsewhere". WOW. So nobody from corporate listens to the opinions of the employees from the individual locations. What a Shame! Good luck!

We have ordered delivery from this location a bunch of times and never had an issue. The food is always good and orders arrive on time. Love their coleslaw--always fresh and crunchy. They advertise on their website that they have a catering menu out of this location--I was having a birthday party and decided to place an order for 2 catering orders of their coleslaw (each is said to serve 8-10 people). Their website states that they need at least 12 hours advance notice for coleslaw catering orders. No problem, I placed the order 24 hours in advance through their website for pick up. I received a confirmation email stating the order went through and payment was accepted. When I arrived at the store to pick up my catering order, I was met with immediate hostility from the young man working the front desk--"we don't have your order". He didn't even ask for my order number, name, what the order was for before just jumping to--we don't have it.

He then went and got his manager--who told me the same thing. "We don't have your order, let me see what I can do". Okay, no problem--maybe the kitchen has it. I told them I had my email confirmation on my phone with order number and details if they wanted to see it and look it up, he told me no and went to "see what he could do" in the kitchen.

When he came back out about 10-15 minutes later he handed me a bag of 4 side order containers of coleslaw that come with an entree. Being that I have ordered from here before--I know that 1 of those comes with an entree as a side...for 1 person. When I stated this, his response was "well I can maybe get you one or two more but I don't know what you want me to do". So, not only was he making this out to be like it was a mistake that the customer had made but, was also extremely unwilling to try and actually make it right. They wanted me to pay $28 for 4 sides of coleslaw that would feed 4 people when I ordered 2 catering orders that were supposed to feed 8-10 people each for that price.

I have never been treated so poorly as a customer at an establishment, where I can't actually say I did anything wrong. The manager finally asked to see my confirmation email--which stated I was at the correct location and I did in fact place an order for catering. He then repeated "I'm not sure what you want me to do to make this right". At this point I was so baffled and never treated so poorly for a mistake that a restaurant had made rather than myself that I just told him to cancel my order and walked out. Once in the car, I called my husband and told him what happened and how frustrated I was--so he then called the restaurant to see what had happened.

He was met with the same hostility over the phone that I was and the manager now lied to him and told him that he tried to make it right with me but I just told him to cancel the order. Sir--Offering me one or two more sides was not going to make anything right--and I certainly was not paying $28 for 5/6 sides of coleslaw when I ordered enough to feed 16-20 people.

He then asked if he could call back after he looked into the matter--which he should have started with. He called my husband back and asked for a screenshot of the order--first time he actually took a good look at it. He was then able to find the order by order number in their system and cancel the order so we weren't charged for it. WOW THANK YOU SO MUCH.

I am well aware that mistakes happen, orders can get lost or forgotten--but there is a way to speak to a customer when you're in the customer service industry as a manager and this was not it. We will not be coming back and if you think they offer catering--no they don't and you'll be made...

Well here we go...it would be lower if the management staff wasn’t so quick to help.. I have been to Aroogas 4 times and each time I hope for the best. That’s sad... When we first went there we had my son try the wings challenge and he was awesome and beat it but said the wings were nasty. I tried them and thought the same thing but chalked it up to it being new and crazy busy. Went again, tried a few different items and they weren’t good either. They weren’t special items either.. Burgers fries and apps. So it’s not like you can’t follow recipes and directions to make them correct. The third time we went it was only for apps and drinks. Still the same result... friendly staff crappy food. Now, Saturday night we went with a group of people and this time was the worst. We actually complained. We ordered drinks,( i mean who can’t make a buttery nipple!!?, if u can’t look it up!) they came out wrong, we ordered food at the same time , they came out at different times and cold as ice. The cheese wasn’t even melted! Honesty it was horrible. The management staff was quick to be of assistance by sending it back but it came back to the table again just as cold! They kindly refunded it but still. Our server was very nice but still it wasn’t a great night. My wife couldn’t even eat any part of the meal so we ate at home. Our friends did the same thing. Honestly owners and management, this needs attention. It don’t make sense financially to throw money down the drain by giving refunds for poor quality employees. Just fix the problem by hiring quality employees or come in and do it yourself. I doubt I would go there to eat again. If they fix the issues I will but not before that. If it wasn’t a sports bar it wouldn’t make it that’s for sure. Sorry to be so harsh but...

Was not worth it. $14 for crab nachos with cheese that had no crab. I want to explain to the waitress that we weren't happy with it she said okay. I went back again last night April 18th. With friends at an hour away to see us. My husband and I ordered a pina colada and a strawberry daiquiri it was so thick we couldn't drink it we asked for a bigger straw since we saw other tables with drinks had the bigger straws. Are we just was so disengaged it was not even a joke. No personality whatsoever I understand if you're not having a good day but don't take it out on your customers. My husband's cheesesteak was cold but we were so starving by the time we got the food. And I had to have surgery the next day. Are straws finally team after or meal was almost completely done. By then our dreams were so watered down they were slop. I said that to our waitress she said nothing. Then we were trying to leave to pay the check and it's like another 40 minutes. In between all this happening two people went up and took their checks to go get it paid because she never came back. She brought our desserts we didn't even have room on our table because they never took anything off the table throughout the whole entire meal from the time we had our drinks to our appetizers to her dinner. Is the same person that waited on us the first time but I'm always willing to give people another shot. We did boy did we serve for the consequences. We will definitely never be coming back again. And the waitress I couldn't remember her name but her nails were a different color on each nail like a pastel color stripe. Highly dissatisfied in the food and the...
