If I could give this place no stars I would. I went there on 1/3/2020 with my boyfriend because he had been wanting to go for our anniversary. I walked in with my own Dunkin Donuts coffee and was told I had to put it in a separate cup. There was NO PRIOR signage that said I would need to do this, at other restaurants such as Dennys, iHop, or even other diners I HAVE NEVER been told to put MY OWN DRINK in another container. The other owner (I assume) laughed as I poured my drink and said "You can bring any other drink like alcohol, but not a Dunkin Donuts coffee, which frustrated me even further. Secondly, my boyfriends french onion soup came out cold, he ate as much as he could because he was paying for it and didn't want to make a scene. As we were leaving to pay at the counter, my boyfriend pulled out his card and was told by the owner that "There is a 10$ minimum fee" and he would have to pay with cash. There was also no sign for this. This is completely absurd. The only reason they do this is because they are trying to save money when people use the credit card machines (which in retrospect, is only less than 50 cents for the whole transaction). Then I was blatantly YELLED AT by the owner and treated as if I was incompetent. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The Seville Diner will be one place I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND and I will make sure that none of my friend or family are subject to this kind...
Read moreI have an allergy to milk. I asked the waitress if you cater to people with milk allergies and she said yes. I specifically said my eggs and bacon had to be done in a clean frying pan with clean utensils and what do i get. I get sick because your staff failed to do that. Even though eggs and bacon do not have milk in it when you cook for the guy before me if his food has butter or cheese on it and you do not clean the grill the butter or cheese still remains in the oil and if you put my food right on top of that it has milk in it. Maybe someone with a food allergy should sue you guys then you would understand a little better. Parents beware if your son or daughter has a food allergy this is not the place for you and your staff should tell the...
Read moreStop going in bc didn't like the wannabe gangster management. However I ordered soup "to go" tonight, my husband went to pick it up and it was ICE COLD. Refrigerator cold. I immediately called the diner and asked for the manager. I said the split pea soup was ice cold and his response was, "yeah, dats from da night before. It was in da fridge." I said, "I called & asked what soups you had tonight. I was told chicken noodle, onion and split pea. How was I supposed to know my soup would be from last night and from the refrigerator?" He said, "Dats a good point." Which I responded, "Yes, yes it is." He offered no refund or any kind of anything. I said I wouldn't be using their diner anymore and he slammed the phone down. Great...
