Vinny V’s Pizza — Restaurant in Easton

So let me start out by saying - the food was PHENOMENAL. We had a calzone, a stromboli, an Italian sub and a fettuccine alfredo in our group. All were large portions and so yummy. We even had an Italian in our group who loved it. The large stromboli and calzone can easily feed 3-4 people. The reason for the low rating is the service quality and the server touched our food! He was too close to us multiple times when reaching over us, even to the point of his stomach against my daughter's back at one point. But the worst was when he brought the stromboli he offered to serve it and he used the spatula and used his other hand to hold the piece on the spatula. He had been cleaning counters, drinking coffee and doing other things. Even if he hadn't this is not ok. When he brought calzone I told him I would serve it. At end of the meal he asked if we wanted him to wrap the rest of the sub. Again he had been doing all kinds of other things and he took sub to a side counter, picked it up with bare hands and put it on the paper to wrap it. Wow. So unsanitary. We had 4 kids in our group. 2 very young. Server brougt regular cups. I had to ask him for cups with lids. I thought he would bring new waters but instead he brings out cups and I have to dump water in. He was never friendly and that made the...

I’m rating this place based on customer service. My family orders pizza from here regularly and there’s never been an issue. Today we ordered a Sicilian pie and when we got home realized they didn’t put cheese on it, so thinking they maybe made a mistake I gave them a call to see if they thought that’s what I had requested.... spoke to the guy that made the pizza and was told the cheese was under the sauce. Well it wasn’t.... there was barely any cheese and instead of asking what can be done to rectify the situation I was told if he remade it would look exactly the same. Unfortunately Due to this conversation we won’t be ordering from this pizzeria. I’m writing this rating to hopefully open their eyes on how they treat customers. I was there recently and while waiting for my food to be cooked and packaged (Best chews steaks in town), the owner was taking a fresh baked upside down Sicilian Pizza from the oven. As they were cutting it and I was hearing this perfect crispness, I stated how beautiful that pizza was. Long story short, they gave me a slice on the house. This was the BEST slice of Sicilian pizza I have ever eaten in my entire life! The cheese was above and below the sauce but the way it was cut allowed the cheese to be half and half on the top with this amazing sauce that had fresh oregano on there that was slowly cooking and was so aromatic, it was amazing! Atmosphere is only getting 3 stars, just a counter and a decent dining area but the cooking, the food, attention to detail and service are Top Notch! Thanks...
