WELL I TRIED EMAILING YOU AND CALLING YOU!!! BUT NONE WORKED!!! I don't know how to say this without being super blunt.
I was one of the first customers this morning at your establishment (food truck). I stood at the truck window NOT spoken to for almost a full minute while being stared at by the cashier. The reason I say this. The cashier looked like she was on something (meth / coke / painkillers - hard to tell by the way she acting ) . She looked at me and didn't seem right.. She was like sorry I didn't see you there.. Whenever she was looking right at me.... Like she was out there --- I was a user of all for 5 years, looked pretty familiar...
I had to repeat my order like 10 times to her. -- STILL WRONG!!
I ordered 4 bean cheese egg with meat burritos - 2 bacon 1 chorizo 1 sausage ( Receipt is right - FOOD WRONG!!! )
NO EGG on ANY of them!!! and I got 2 chorizo INSTEAD of 2 bacon... which one was marked Chorizo BUT NO MEAT!!!! ??????
In regard to the cook. I have to say he has served me before with much better quality. Looking back on it. He seemed messed up too. Why would my order be so wrong!?!? He was in charge of everything BUT the order taking...
These burritos were for the ladies in the office. Everyone said the same thing.. COLD! NOT good at ALL!! SUPER GREASY!!! the burritos were NOT wrapped properly as well

El Tepehuan, while the chimichanga was still delicious (though I burned my fingers on the plate that my waitress didn't bother telling me was EXTRMELY hot) your service was trash.
No one bothered to greet me at the door, while you have signs on your host stand that scream "WAIT TO BE SEATED" as well as "WE HAVE A RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE".
Instead I stood in the open Foyer, looking at the passing waitresses, and some patrons looking back at me...👀👀🤷🏾♀️ for what felt like just too long. And then I hear a faint: "how many" from the bar...a waitress asked me. "Just one" I retorted. She gestured for me to sit anywhere. I meandered to a table far from the entrance. Then it was a beat before someone asked me for my drink order and even brought me a menu and a utensil set. The utensil set I had to wave her down for 👀.
For a moment, I wanted to believe it was post pandemic "staff shortage" issues. However as I sat waiting for my food, an older White gentleman entered the restaurant. Waiting at the Foyer, he was greeted by the one that only spoke to me from the bar. In her hand she had a menu, and utensil set, ready for him. 👀🧐😏 She escorted him to a table.
I can't deny the "unwelcome" I felt the whole time...Me, a tall Black woman with long locs here in Denver.
I gotta find some bomb, large chimichangas, elsewhere. I am BEYOND "tired" of these vibes and have no tolerance.

We had one of the worst experiences by far at any restaurant. After waiting 15 minutes (yes, my children had time to use the restroom...not #1..., my friend called 35 minutes prior while I was taking the last bites of my meal, so I am confident on that timeline)...our waiter finally shows up to ask if we need anything, so we asked for boxes and check. He drops both off and disappears again for another 5 minutes. I finally flag down a woman to take our payment. She takes our card and sits it next to the register and walks off. At which point, I am looking around the restaurant for our waiter and making sure no one walks off with our card.
It takes my entire family standing up and acting like we are leaving to get anyone's attention to just be able to check out. The waiter walks up and asks why we are angry... I had a portion of my bf's margarita spilled on my lap and $200 coat by the serving staff with no response other than to bring more napkins. I just waited 20 minutes with 3 children to be able to check out.
His response was "20 minutes?! There is no way you were waiting 20 minutes. You're a liar."
The place was understaffed. The food was mediocre. The wait staff was completely rude and unprofessional. I have many choices to spend over $50 on food for my family and it won't be this...
